Customers have good things to say about the WorkForce WF-3620's print quality, ease of use, and wireless functionality. Many appreciate its reasonable price and compact size, along with the convenient setup and inclusion of fax and scanning capabilities. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud during operation and have noted challenges with the paper tray. Overall, the positive feedback on key features outweighs the reported minor drawbacks.

Just bought, working fine so far. Previously owned a Canon it stopped working if this one does the same will have to think Best Buy is at fault.

This has been the best printer we've had in awhile. Have tried other brands such as Kodak, HP and Cannon and had issues with them. Have had fewer issues with the Epson. The print quality is very good. It does take a little time to learn how it works as its set up is a little different than what we were used to.

This is a replacement for another Epson printer (645) that failed after 3 years. It has most of the same features with the addition of some new technologies. Still has that cheap feel--particularly the paper tray and associated parts. Ink is rather expensive. Print quality is not as sharp as previous Epson printer.

I bought this printer to replace one that had finally gave up the ghost. I was looking for a color printer that was better than an inkjet and possibly do photos. The Epson was easy to configure for my home system and it;'s nice to have a wireless printer that I can print from anywhere in my house as well as send things to print thru the internet.

Takes a long time to process the change of ink cartridges. The manual flip-out tray in the back will not spit out a printed copy of anything, and the use of the manual tray has to be a big production as well. I don't know if it's my computer's fault or the printer, but when I call for odd pages to print, it gives me even pages!!!

had the wf3640 and it went belly-up after four years of constant use. I decide that I didn't need two trays anymore so I got the same unit with only one tray. works great and love the wifi, two sided printing and cheaper cartridges. The ink per page maybe a little more but the cheaper cost of a cartridge makes it easier for me when the budget is tight.

Replacing a cheap Canon printer

I bought a cheap Canon (for the price of new ink) and figured it would replace my 6 year old Epson sufficiently- HAHA! Don't be fooled- after 3 months of it not being able to find my wi-fi signal and telling me I was out of paper constantly & refusing to print I bought his Epson- it's awesome, quick, no wi-fi problems& prints beautifully.

So far, this product is getting the job done. It's still pretty new so I've not used all of its functions yet. The print quality is very good in my opinion. The only downside I have is that it is very loud when printing. Overall, I'd say good for the price.

Less than $80 for a wireless printer with a paper tray that actually works. This replaces a Lexmark that would never feed without playing with the paper. So far so good; not sure how much the ink is, but we really don't print much. The ability to print from anywhere in the house now is the main reason I bought it.

I have used this printer for a couple of weeks now and I am happy with its performance. The print speed meets my needs and I have had no problems with the WiFi connections. The only downside is the colors are not as bold as I would like on some of the prints but that could be an issue with what I am printing.
