Took about 45 minutes to get completely setup. Did what I purchased it to do

This is an excellent product. Great value for your money. Does many things & does them well except it takes about 15-20 seconds to start the 1st page. This is why I can't give it 5 stars. Tx printing is good quality photo printing only fair but acceptable if you not a photo connoisseur

After looking at the prices of inks for this printer, I decided it would be my best bet. Also, very easy to set it up.

I bought this for my daughter for college. I own the WF-3640, which is the same printer with 2 trays, as opposed to the single tray on this unit. The printer is setup wirelessly on her LAN. Works great, prints high quality when needed. She uses it for scans frequently. Included software in very intuitive.

This printer is a great option for document printing, photos, high volume printing. Copy feature works well too. The wireless aspect is a must these days and was very easy to setup and use. The touchscreen size is just right. Convenient having an SD slot for use in printing out photos. All around great printer.

I have enjoyed this product immensely! It is a great product for the money!

They get better with each new model, wish they could have the same cartridges as previous units though.

My old Epson was awesome but finally broke. It was an Artisan so I felt it was hard to replace. This Workforce was inexpensive and, to my to surprise, slightly superior than my previous printer in print quality though not as classy in appearance. I am very happy with it and would buy it again.

printer operates as expected - easy to install - no major concerns

Used HP for 25 years and had nothing but issues on the last one. I returned it and purchased this Epson printer - and should have done that (2) printers ago!!! Print quality is great! Ink cost is LESS and web printing worked great! I would purchase this one again and have recommended to friends.

It is very good all in one product compared to price. Everything works fine except some vibration.

Very easy to setup and easy to use very good quality

I purchased this all in one printer for my 70+ year old Dad as a replacement for his ancient one. It was an easy set up and easy to use, even for my Dad (love him but). He loves it!. In fact, it was so easy to set up that when my HP died at my house, I purchased another one for our family. we love it!

I always purchase Epson as I've found the printers to be easy to use and operate without to many hassles. The one area where they could improve is their suite of software for scanning and status monitoring. I use a Mac and Although the software functions, it's a bit buggy.

I needed a new printer and a friend told me about Canon so I went to Best Buy and bought one. I was constantly shutting itself off. We went back to Best Buy and got the Epson WorkForce WF-3620 on sale almost half off and I love it. It does everything I want it to and it stays on until I turn it off.

I just love my new printer... it replaced my Canon printer because the ink was too expensive. But I love it the only problem I have had is it goes offline occasionally on it own, other than that I love I have found ink for 25.00 for the color and black combined. My pockets are loving it too lol

Epson knows how to keep it simple. This printer allows remote access and this is exactly what I needed. Thanks!

Installed on an older Mac. Printing quality is good - but on the slower side. Good for home use

We've had the printer for about a month. It was easy to set up. Had a little trouble changing from photo paper to letter-size paper. Epson support quickly talked me through a fix when a paper jam froze the printer.

Printer is fairly easy to set up in a home network. It is fairly quiet. My only issue is trying to set up to not print double sided all the time. This is likely operator error, but Epson settings are not helpful in this matter.
