I just love this new Epson printer we purchased here. It is easy to use and I find changing ink cartridges a breeze. It prints quality pictures and is fast doing it. I would highly recommend this printer! A++

Fast printing, good quality, scan feeder works great, easy to use. Network printing from iPhone app and from laptop both work great.

The price of ink for my previous HP multi printer was so pricey that it justified just buying a new printer. I could not be happier with it. It prints much faster than I'm used to. The automatic document feed (whether you are doing single- or double-sided) always works with no issues. The touch display is easy to understand and laid out well. The WiFi function, as I use it, has no time delay. Great quality printing. It has a closed paper drawer, which I love; no need to clean dust off of the paper before printing! I scan constantly into pdf; the user interface for scanning can make or break the ease of use, and my desire to use the function. The interface is designed better than I've EVER experienced. You have the ability to scan in a simple manner, or in a mode that lets you fine-tune the resolution (dpi) etc. You are also able to set your own profiles (settings). Truly outstanding job by Epson.

It is small enough to fit in a home office, but has the features of a big office printer. The Scan, Fax, Copy & Print features are what we were looking for in a home office printer.

When my father’s HP Officejet 6500 delivered incessant ‘load paper’ errors and we tried every suggested fix available online to no avail, I new it was time to get him a new printer. HP offered him a refurbished printer to replace his malfunctioning one for about $120, but I felt a refurbished printer wasn’t really the right solution, especially at that price. What I wanted to get him was my printer – the Epson Workforce Pro 4530, which I purchased after returning my HP Officejet Pro 8600 because it refused to stay connected to my network and the scans were poor quality. Unfortunately, the 4530 has been discontinued – a real shame in my opinion because it has been a trouble free workhorse of a printer for me with reasonable ink costs. Anyway, I set out to find something similar for my dad – a trouble free printer with good quality print, built in scanner, copy capability - he did not need the fax capability. After reading all the reviews, I chose on the Epson Workforce 3520 – a perfect fit for his needs – unfortunately, Epson discontinued it and has replaced it with the 3620. I really wish companies would stop discontinuing really good products with 'less good’ products ☺. So far so good, easy set up, works on XP, and has been error free.

I bought this for my son to take to college as I have one of the earlier models and love it. Very easy to set up and works like a charm. Now, if you have to print in silence this is not for you as it is a little noisy. Print quality is super and speed is great. Inks last a long time and are easy to get. Scanner and fax are simple to use. It is a little larger than other brands but this is designed for more frequent use. I love it.

After doing some online research I decided that this printer fitted all of my printing needs. I had an older Epson printer that I handed down to my brother and with a need for a new printer I started my search and came upon this printer. After I brought it home the install was relatively easy. The set up instructions were pretty straight forward and I was printing wirelessly in about 15 min. I print mostly text documents so I can't comment on the picture printing qualities of this printer but aside from that this printer exceeded my expectations.

Attractive, compact printer, fast, good quality output; I like the ability to set the timer to when you would like it to shut down; only negative is that it is a bit noisy.

This is a replacement for an older Epson printer/scanner/fax & is my first printer that has wireless capabilities. Setup was surprisingly easy even for me & I am not technologically inclined . Print speed is fast & of high quality. Single page scanning seems slower but multiple page scanning seems faster than my older machine. I have not had to use the fax yet but am confident its operation will be as reliable as the other features.

So far so good! Have not tried all features yet, but printing, copying, and scanning documents has been easy and looks nice. Set up was easy. Have not used fax feature yet.

I purchased this Epson printer/scanner when I upgraded to a new PC with the latest Windows. Finding Drivers for my old printer was apparently impossible, so I had to find an alternative. This Epson has all the features I need, plus some great surprises. First of all, the size is perfect for the area I have available. Not too big. It does everything well, fast printing and scanning. But the best part is the capability to print from my iPhone and iPad. You send the image or email message to an email address which is the printer itself. Set-up of this feature is super easy. Now I can print stuff even when I'm miles away from home. I also like the wireless printing capability from my PC. This technology is new to me, and at the price a real deal. By the way, replacement ink cartridges are not all that expensive. Great printer for home use.

This is my second Epson in 12 years and this one is loaded with features. It is fast, wireless and compact. Everything I was looking for. To top it all off was the service. My printer was shipped accidentally to my old address, but Best Buy was nice enough to send me another one for free and arranged to take care of the other one. That is what I call service. Bravo Best Buy. You are setting the bar for customer service.

I bought this to replace an old dell copier / scanner. The printer set up quick and was fairly easy to start using though there are a lot of features I don't use. The copies and scans are fairly good though I would like them to be a bit darker. My biggest complaint is the cost of the ink and how fast they go. I think this printer uses the highest cost of all epson ink cartridges and the standard cartridges go pretty fast. I also can't fill the paper tray with a whole package of paper so that is a little bit of a annoyance. But overall I like it even though it's probably way more than I need.

This printer is amazing! The setup was super easy! And it's got a titanic feel compared to similar models! The wifi is very strong and the quietness and speed gets two thumbs up!

This is my second Epson printer as I also have the Epson WF-3520. Setup was the easiest so far and much better than the two HP printers I also have. Works flawlessly and fast.

We've had this printer for several months. It prints surprisingly well. I have an Epson Workforce 845 in my office which I've had for several years. I purchased the 3620 model for home. The 845 is bigger and made for an office environment with more serious printing. But I believe the print quality from this 3620 model is better than the 845. We are very impressed with the print quality.
