It works well for a very reasonable price. It scans well and faxes fast enough.

Have used HP and Brother printers primarily. This is the second Epson WorkForce I've purchased (different locations, first one still perfect). Speed is good, paper jams on feeds only caused by bad originals, otherwise very reliable. Just works.

Had an Epson Printer prior to the one I recently purchased. This one is a turbocharged version of my old one. Even my old power and router cords worked on the new one. Set up was a snap and printer is fast with clear print and colors.

i didnt buy it for myself but for my office and i'm very happy with the speed and quality. Also, when i bought it I checked he price of the ink and it is not as expensive as other printers

I bought a new printer with a laptop. This one does it all via WIFI. Print, scan, and fax. Easy to set up, but the instructions were poor for connectivity. Called the helpline and they were awesome and guided me thru the process. Very happy.

Nice printer that meets all the requirements needed for an in home printer without being costly. The cost of ink won't break the bank such as others I have purchased in the past....looking at you HP. You will be satisfied with your purchase.

This machine works better than our previous HP printer and ink costs appears to be less. Unfortunately with both of them, my husband spent a significant amount of time on the phone with tech support to set it up.

I could buy this printer for a great price. This is almost like buying a new set of ink for an existing printer and comparing to the regular price it's a no brainer to buy it. So even if you really don't have to replace a printer, it's a good opportunity even to try it. Not that I'm looking to replace a printer every time I need to change cartridges but it's a good strategy to check safely other options. Either Bestbuy enables it or HP, we have the luck of enjoy this opportunity. This printer looks very professional. May be too much for a regular home use but hopefully as it looks and performs now will continue so for many years. Too early to say about the ink consumption which is usually the main painpoint of printers, but if it's not worse than others, then it's a good thing by itself.

Epson needs to include the owners manual along with the product you are purchasing instead of going on the Computer,what happens if you are using the all in one printer just for copies and fax and you don't have access to a Computer?

Hello I bought this item at my local best buy and it had been my best choose

I love the fact that the printer is wireless for both printing and scanning. Having a sheet feeder to scan multiple pages has been great. My wife loves it for its printing. I cannot believe how inexpensive it was.

nice copier a little noise a lot actually when turning on and off no directions in box about how to operate other things on machine wanted wireless but had to hookup because wire fi signal not strong enough for printer

I owned a printer just like this. Started having some problems with it and replaced it with another exactly like it. Didn't have time to wait for repairs. Pleased with the speed and quality of print for the price.

I've only used this printer a few times but so far, so good.
