Purchased this printer for my brother, he loved it, easy to set up and the touch screen is very responsive. I went with this brand for the reason that I owned the previous version and I liked it. Definitely recommend!

Bought it in a recent sale. It prints fast and efficiently. It doesn't have the fade that most inkjets give you when printing. I normally work around laser printer but this is a great printer for at-home tasks.

Actually my first printer ever was an epson and had so many problems so never got one again. I replaced an HP that was just a huge pain with windows 10 and thought i'd give the brand another shot. Its been fantastic

I replaced my HP printer multifunction with the Epson WF 3620, Great printer. Have used all the function including wireless and photo printing all works very well. The price was right and the product quality was excellent.

This printer is perfect for home use. The wireless capability links with any device that is connected to your home network. Additionally, this I found out when I after I got it home, but it prints on both sides of the paper, and with the auto feeder on top it will also scans both sides of a page. There is another function that you can't know when reading the box or the even the web page, but like any really expensive office machine, it will allow you to add pages together to make one long pdf file. This function works with either the auto feeder or the glass laydown area, and you can combine them. This machine is awesome. All the functions of an office machine that costs thousands for only a hundred and change. I highly recommend this all-in-one.

I have used all but the fax functions on this printer and am very satisfied, thus far. I haven't had to purchase more ink yet but I don't think it will be more costly than what I was using. I like the speed!

Packing was good. Wireless network connectivity was easy. Print quality is good. Automatic paper feed works well with plain paper but I have not tried photo paper. I would rate this printer as a 5 star except for the one fact that it uses a LOT more ink than it says it does on the box. It says it should print several hundred pages on color, but I got only a dozen or so printing normal and not on high quality. Mind you, I was printing full size page photo's.

Like the functions on this medium priced printer, like 2 sided printing. Reliable. Had great assistance in picking out this model in the store! Staff made sure I had the right model for my older operating system.

Love the Epson Workforce Printers. Moved up from a workforce 845. Only reason for the 4 stars is you can only purchase the XL ink in black. Prior model had XL for all colors. Easy set up.

Made a good investment with this printer. it was just what I needed. Had a little trouble setting it up, but figured it out and now I can print from anywhere! It's fast and works great!!

This printer was easy to set up and integrate into our home's wifi system. Best Buy had a nice price reduction and we took advantage of that as well. All in all, it is a great printer and meets our family's needs.

For our office purposes this machine has everything we need.

I have only had this for a short time, but it was done everything I have needed it to do with no problems at this point. Works very well for my home based business, as well as the other fun things we have used it for.
