High quality print on standard bond paper. Cartridges are too expensive. Print head wears out after 20 pages of printing on heavy stock paper. Once the print head is damaged, it'seems a brick.

Good printer for home use or for the job site trailer!

Setting up the printer was fast & easy (5 stars) . Setting up the printing software - one (could almost take off two) star deduction. Printers can do so much - but my needs are simple.

The printer is awesome. Very reliable. I can print with other devices with no issues. I'm satisfied that I purchase this printer. So far still working as a champ and the ink don't hardly waste so easily.

Prints fast, scans easily and quickly. Love the auto-feed feature. Print quality in b&w is good, but the color option is fuzzy. Good for basic needs, but not presentation-worthy.

I did loads of research and read many reviews. Decided this was the best and most reliable printer for our personal needs. The printer only came with a Quick Start Guide...no manual! You have to download or print a 300+ manual...unacceptable. The printer does not always print the accurate size. You have to manually change it (2 places) on the printer and choose the appropriate size paper (I'm used to printers that have automatic fit formats. This one does not). When making a copy of something that is not a standard size, the printer does not recognize it. So I have not been able to photo copy anything except 8x10!! Once again...buy an HP or even a Brother. You will avoid lots of frustration!

I've used Epson printers before, 1520 & 1280 and had great results. Tried other brands, but they do not match up to Epson. I will only buy Epson printers. With its various features, I find it hard to beat.

It worked great when I first started using it but now the print quality has issues. Cleaned and aligned multiple times but nothing seems to help. Will be trying to contact Tech support.

Been using the printer daily in my home office and I am extremely happy with the functions of the printer. Scan, copy, email and fax functionality in a small speedy package. Did I mention speeedy??

This is the second Epson WF-3620 we have purchased as I now have two Daughter in FAU. They are very happy with them. For the price, you can't go wrong. (they work fine with after market Ink).

The Epson WF-3620 is a great all in one home printer. It is easy to install and use. Epson support is excellent. The printer is fast and prints excellent copies. It is thrifty on ink usage as well.

Bought the printer for under $100 because it was on sale. And so far it's been working without hitches. Wifi printing is solid, it scans great. For the price, the quality of the prints are good.

This multi feature printer does it all. Easy setup and in our Windows 10 PCs no drivers were needed. The WIFI was very painless to connect and it works with all our devices ..Recommend..!!
