This is a super printer, small in size, very big in giving great performance! Really has quality copies, quiet and fast. I highly recommend this printer to everyone.

Easy to use, prints well, scanner works great, excellent purchase. Hopefully it lasts longer than my HP.

This printer works very well and prints pretty fast. However, many of the parts feel very inexpensive. It almost feels cheap. The paper tray that catches the paper is manual and allows the paper to drop to the floor if you don't manually pull out the tray. I have another brand printer that no matter if the tray is up or down it will automatically drop the tray so the paper never falls to the floor. I only gave it a 4-star because of the trays that feel inexpensive. I would still recommend the printer, though.

Considerably easier to install & operate than the HP it replaced. This printer has actually printed every time I've attempted to print, which the HP only did about 50% of the time, it actually does scan, which even the HP help desk couldn't get my old printer to do, and there are no lines running through the photos any more! Wow! What a pleasant change.

The Epson WF-3620 is a great, reliable printer. For a fraction of the cost of an HP. Easy to use and to get started with. I highly recommend it. A great balue!

I thought I was in love when I bought my Kodak Printer a few years ago, but when it died on me, I researched a lot of printers and settled on this one. Best decision! I like the fact that each color has its own cartridge so that when I run out of one color, I only have to change that one cartridge. Also, the cartridges last a really long time, and I print a lot of pages per month. I love the wireless feature that I can use to print from anywhere with my phone, tablet and laptop, and it looks and works like a professional printer.

It not only was easy to set up, it is easy to use! I print from my desktop, laptop, and phone. Great color!

The quality and speed of the Epson WF 3620 printer are both excellent. The controls are accessible and easily accessible. The price was reasonable.

I have had this printer two minths now, it has not failed me at all. The printer is even good with keeping uo qith work projects.

Great quality, easy to use, price is excellant, compact size

I really like the printer, it works well and is quick. However, the wireless setup is difficult, and I ended up having to purchase a separate USB cable to connect it to my computer. This cable should have been included with the printer, so you can set it up right away instead of having to get it home, unpack it and then have to return to a store to purchase additional hardware to get it running. All in all a decent product, but everything needed to make the machine work should be included in the box!

Very easy to setup and able to link all of my wireless devices to it. Print quality way better than my old HP. Great package for the prices as well

great, easy to use, wifi connectivity is brilliant - prints quickly, managed 1 or 2 side, etc, good print quality - fantastic value for money

I tried the wireless connection, it worked just fine but I wanted to use a higher level of encryption that it didn't support so I hooked it up to a USB port on my router and it worked right away! It prints fine, copies fine, I haven't tried the fax function because I don't need to fax anything. Also, I looked at other printers and some other brands felt fragile, which along with other reviews I read made buying this printer easy.

The set up was easy. The print quality is pretty good. Very versatile printer...fax... scanner. Have not used it for copying yet.
