While it's too early to really say it's fantastic, so far I'm extremely pleased to say that setup was easy. The simplicity of this model allows you to clearly exploit all the printer's features.

The printer was easy to program and works as advertised. My only reason for only 4 stars is size. I wish it were 1/2 the size.

This is a pretty good printer. Prior to this purchase I never consider an Epson printer. The representative explained ever detail for using the printer that was helpful and not complicated.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. Instead of purchasing new ink for a 5yr old printer. I purchased a new model for almost the price of ink. Smart move & pleased.

We got this printer cause our five year old Epson printer was too slow already. This one is super fast and works great with all our apple products. Love that is wifi and easy to installed.

installation was easy, Does a very nice print job and seems quite versatile. down side has to be installed wireless in each computer and updates quite frequently.

I broke my last printer during my move and ordered this one, the price was perfect and I am very very pleased with my purchase, Epson works wonderful, thank you Epson and Best Buy

This printer works well with wifi technology. I can use my cell phone or pc to sync jobs for print. It prints with a nice image. I have no complaints after 2 months of use.

Excellent printer! Performs like a more expensive printer in a smaller less expensive footprint. Still using the beginner cartridges that came with the printer!! Highly recommend this model.

Great printer and easy to setup. I recommend as a whole concept printer. Only draw back is having to change settings when going back from pictures to paper documents

Best Buy rep showed this to me from a flash sale email I received. Pointed out pros and cons. I am not a professional photog buut this had enough quality for me to do some nice promo work.

I had a canon which worked fine until the front rollers decided to go out. I actually never had an Epson but so far it's a really good printer. Quiet fast and has a lot of capabilities!

The Epson WorkForce WF-3620 performs very well in all its functions. The print quality is excellent, the speed is great, and the operation overall is just as expected. Recommended.

Easy to setup, although took a little bit of time to get all devices connected. Beautiful quick scanning and love the back to back printing ability that my prior Epsons did not have.

It was easy to set up with my wireless network and works great and is pretty fast to print. The only thing I wish it did better was wake itself faster when you send a print job to it.

Was looking for a printer that would give me good quality but also that would AirPrint but with a modest price. This printer covers all these needs. Thank you.

Had a Cannon wireless previously and needed to replace. Best Buy Rep recommended the Epson, especially on sale and I'm glad that I listened! Covers all the bases and does the job well.

What can I say. One of the best printers I've ever owned and the price was and still is unbelievable. This should easily be $200 and would be worth it. Better than Cannon and HP

Replaced a Brother laser. Toner was always a problem. The Epson sales rep and BB salesperson were very helpful. The toner is much more reasonable, and I now have the fax option.

I have always purchased HP printers, but this time I couldn't pass up the deal on this Epson. I love it being wireless. This was a steal of a deal. You won't be disappointed!
