I set this printer up with help from the tech number because the ink carriage was stuck. The tech was helpful and once the ink carrier was freed he helped me set up the wireless configuration. The ink carriage snafu wasn't a big deal and I wouldn't let it stop you from buying this product. It works great. Copying and wireless printing are really easy and fast. Love the wireless printing. I haven't had the chance to use the fax yet which is the reason for 4 stars.

Easy set up for a non-computer person. Simple to change settings to duplex print. Photocopying just as easy.

Epsom makes it so easy. Take it out of the box, follow the step by step instructions, and it works every time. Great quality print, scan, copy and fax, especially for the money.

It has been a very nice printer for me, it is for personal use only, it fit my budget & i was very happy with my last Epson it was about 9 years old and no problems

This printer is a good printer for its price. Clean and clear printing. Connections were very easy to use. With many options to save documents and pictures.

This is my second Epson printer and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. It prints nice photos. Regular documents also print fast and the ink is not that expensive.

Had a several year old Epson 810 which has been a very good printer, esp. for photo quality work, but this model is so much easier and faster for all the other applications

This print is serving it's job, I am impressed with the outcome. ...great printer, had changed ink, took a min to get roller head clean but works outstanding

Prints are clear and precise...great color. Wireless is a blessing! Haven't used all of the features yet but so far so good! Love the scanner capabilities.

I bought for homework use, kids are constantly printing for their research, projects. It's user friendly, very easy instructions to follow. so far printer is working well.

Start up time is a lot faster then my last couple Canon printers. Not using for photos, but text and graphics are very fast, and exactly what I need.

We needed a wireless printer and this one foot the bill both in terms of cost and output. Love it for work prints. I wouldn't use this for photo quality copies.

Reliable, affordable and works as expected. Ink cartridges are not that expensive as well. Paper tray capacity is enough for home office use. Excellent print quality

This printer was a little difficult to setup but now that I've got it up and running it is one of the best printers I've ever owned. Very quick and quality printing.

Wow, this is a really good printer, especially considering the price. I'm able to print via Wi-Fi and even print via email remotely. Good product.

Very nice product , does what its supost to. Bright clean colors when printing, great front load or back load option. Very quick and easy display functions.

The Epson WorkForce printer was easy to set up with the help of service department on phone. Was pleased to see it printed on both sides of the printer paper.

Looking online for all the best deals is fine, but I like the ability to see the products, compare them to others, make my decision, purchase the items and cross it off my list. Best Buy is always well stocked. Never had a bad experience at my local store.
