Very difficult to set-up

I was very happy with the first one. The new one is made much more cheaply. Worst of all it has no paper manual. You must go online and print the manual out yourself-- that is if you can find it. (Kind of like looking for a needle in a haystack.) Last but not least, it took 3 phone calls to Epson before I found a technician who knew how to get the printer set-up wirelessly.

Great for the money

But I have used the other 3 functions just fine. My only complaint is that I still have yet to connect it to the wireless network or print from my smartphone which it claims to do also. I'm not that tech savvy either so perhaps that's my issues. But nonetheless the directions in the manual were not clear on how to perform these functions.
