I was looking for a printer that would work nicely with my computer and this one does the trick. Printing is excellent and the touch screen beats the normal push button options on other printers. I use the scanning option the most and the scans are precise and take no time at all to load on my flash drive. I don't have fax...so can't really say anything about that.

I have no complaints about this device. It works smoothly and is actually quite easy to set up. However, for some strange reason it stopped scanning images and documents to my Surfacebook. I haven't yet maximized its full potential, though. For that I say...So far, so good.

I love this printer. The price was reasonable, it's performance is speedy, is easy to set up and works well over WiFi. I use it every day, mostly for scanning, but if I need to print, the bulk-load paper tray means I don't have to add paper every time I fire up the printer, and it prints faster than any other SOHO printer I've had.

We have had this printer Since June 2015. Setting it up was fairly simple. We were able to get the wireless print set up and it works great and that is the main reason for 3 stars. The printing is another story and is why I can't give it more. Documents and images alike have horrible print quality - it looks faded and fuzzy, not clean, crisp and clear. The feeder tray works okay if you are printing on regular paper, but printing on envelopes or specialty paper causes the feeder to hiccup and not pull it into the printer. To do special projects like labels or envelopes, you have to use the rear bypass tray which can only be fed ONE SHEET AT A TIME... what? It recently took me 45 minutes to print 5 pages of labels because the rear tray wouldn't pull the paper through and kept making me retry. Not a great product ovrall. Very disappointed in color quality and general usability.

This was a great deal on an Epson all in one printer/scanner/fax.. especially with bestbuy's price match. The only thing that bother me with Epson is that they do not give you real ink cartridges.. the call them "starter" cartridges... but still for the price even that isn't really worth complaining about. But at full price it would be
