Great Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was very easy to set up wirelessly but I have issues with the fax that I don't think are related to the printer. I have to plug my connection in if I want to send or receive a fax which is irritating. But I don't use the fax much, so I will live with it. I can print from multiple computers and love the quick print speed and two trays.

What an upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace an 8 year old Brother all-in-one. My wife and I are semi-retired and work from home so we need all the capabilities that this model offers. We also have a 3 year old Epson photo printer. We looked at laser models but all had very large footprints and color models were very expensive. We print a lot of color graphic material and the speed and quality from this printer is beyond expectations. I bought this on sale so the price was way lower then we had budgeted, another plus. Ink usage has surprised me. It's still on the supplied ink cartridges and has printed over 10 detailed tax returns along with at least 50 color intensive, graphics heavy papers. With the old printer and this much printing it would have been on the second set of inks maybe the third. I even tried some photo's on basic settings and was blown away by the quality and amount of ink used. Scanning, copying and faxing are all lighting fast and a major improvement over the old unit. What a find - what an upgrade!

Pleased with this purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installation help for both printer setup and wireless set-up accomplished easily even for this oldster with Epson support help, who I found to be very patient and helpful. Love the full range of printer options and the clarity of print. Delighted to have a printer that seems to work very well on it's first day.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this printer for a small home office and kids that need it for school. Easy to install on all our devices (iPads, iPhones, computers) and our home network. Prints quickly and clearly. Two drawers and a rear feeder make printing different types of documents and pictures very quick and easy.

Great Work Printer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for one of my associates to use in a small office. The print quality is good, the wireless stays connected and we haven't had any problems with it so far. I always stayed away from Epson after I had one and it didn't go so well, but this has been a happy and pleasant surprise.

Great printer for any household
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer is easy to install with wireless connection to our laptops. Ink is less expensive than my older Epson. Prints fast and scans well. I have't used the fax feature so I cannot comment on it. Sometimes we get a paper jam with our I-Pad laptop. Never happens with our Lenovo Laptop. I don't know if it is an Apple issue.

Great for the Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sadly, my Kodak ESP9 finally died. I needed a printer that had everything. I had been looking and comparing for weeks. The Epson 3640 was it, specially when it was on sale for $129! Setup was quick and very easy. Syncing up to all my devices and clouds took a bit of time but, all is working great. The one thing about it though....make sure you follow the directions to the letter when 1st turning on the printer! I had to return the 1st one I purchased due to not following the ink priming instructions and therefore, my prints came out terrible with lines all thru them. Couldnt fix the problem no matter what I tried. Only other negative comment I have is......the ink carts are very expensive! Almost $60 as opposed to $32 for my Kodak. Ugh

This Printer Has Tons of Features...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've bought a few printers in my life (Dell, Lexmark, etc.), and none of them have come close to the Epson WorkForce WF-3640. Built-in WiFi, an ethernet port, and multi-function capabilities make this printer a MUST. If you'd rather plug the printer directly into your PC or Mac, you need to purchase a USB cable. This printer does not come with one. That was no issue for me: I print using my home WiFi network. You can also print from your smartphone, using the Epson iPrint app. I use an app that's a little more "premium" called Printer Pro. All in all, I'm very happy with this printer. High quality printouts, and ink that is tons cheaper than what I've had to buy in the past. Great buy!

So far, so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good printer so far. WiFi capable. Fast printing with double sided option. Clear, clean copies. Scanning works well as well. Have not tried using the fax function. Initial black ink cartridge that came with printer did not last long. Picked up XL black ink cartridge.

Great printer for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took me approximately 15 minutes to set up the printer with the quick start directions. The wireless printing was easier than I had thought to set up. Color quality on mid grade paper is very good and excellent on photo or better quality paper.

Great Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer was easy to set up. I connected it wirelessly to both Windows 7 PC and Mac computers. It was also easy to set up to print from my smartphone. The copy feature makes copies so close to the original it is hard to tell the difference. The fax features also work well. There are still many features I have yet to use but after a month I am happy with my purchase. one great feature of the printer is it stores a lot of paper in each tray so it''s not necessary to continually add paper to the feeder This is my third Epson printer and each one has lasted for at least four years and was upgraded as our computer equipment was upgraded

Great wireless printer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to install. Printing with Apple airprint could not be easier. Good quality output and so far the ink use is acceptable. Great fun to print from bed at 3AM. Very speedy also, have not had to wait for any output. Can select two side output from the native print menu, not burried 3 levels.

Excellent Printer - good value and performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the earlier version of this printer (WF-3540) for my home and love it. This one was for my office and the newer version is even better. It beats HP printers hands down in performance, reliability, features and print quality. A solid investment at a reasonable price.

great bargain priced all in one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This all in one has been great and exceeds our needs in comparison to our last HP all in one. There have been a couple things that we miss from our HP, although we have not looked to see if they can be remedied. First is, there is no automatic "fax sent" confirmation like on our old one, and if you are scanning multiple images at once (like 4 diff pics) you have to physically choose them, whereas our HP automatically detected the different pictures. Small things that may even be able to be remedied, but for the amount we use it, it has been great for the price. We are a small Arch. firm with 3 employees, and do most of our printing with a laser jet, this is used to scan and fax mostly. The printing seems to be of good quality though. We have printed a few photos and been very happy with the result. I can't comment on ink consumption yet.
