    I bought this printer in February end. It worked fine until the 1st time I changed the ink. The black didn’t print. I went and bought another black cartridge and it didn’t either. After several hours on the phone with the geek squad he couldn’t get it to work either. The told me to take it back to my local Best Buy and they will check it also. They exchanged it.

    This printer is very very high quality! It's worth the price and if you're ok with dishing out the money, the quality eclipses all the knock off brands from other retailers. I always have Epson's and I will always buy them especially after my experience with this particular printer. Fast, efficient, and not super expensive upkeep.
