Smooth installation. We have not used all the features to date, but are completely satisfied with the print quality, both black and color, and ease of use. Seems more user friendly then older workforce printers we have owned. The wide range of paper size is a real plus also.

I am still shocked at how big this printer is - it’s humongous and unnecessarily large. It’s ugly, huge and very heavy. Paper jams all the time! I have mine on a very short plant stand next to my desk as to try and hide it - can’t be done because of its size. I end up wrestling with it opening and closing different doors and flaps in order to locate paper jams. You almost need two people to move this thing if you find the need to do so. Ink is expensive and runs out very fast! This is a regrettable purchase. I know a printer is made that does a quality job at half the size of this one.

Good little printer

We didn't want to spend lots of money for a printer that has the ability to make decent pictures (5x7 8x10) for her travels but also for her to print out documents. Good small business printer and she likes the wireless ability to print

So far, the Epson connects with no problem (after a few calls to helpful Tech Support, UNLIKE my H-P experience), which is why I switched Brands. Print quality is good, but not great.
