    Great Performance

I love my new Epson Workforce WF-7710. It was super easy to unbox and set up. I love that it can print different size paper and scan up to 11 x 17. For work I need the capability to scan different sizes so this Epson is perfect for business and / or pleasure. Also the fact that it can print and scan and copy 2 sided also gives me the time to accomplish other tasks with such an efficient printer. It also gives me the versatility to print from my laptop, tablet and even smartphone. It holds enough paper (250 sheets) so I do not constantly have to refill or monitor the paper. It prints fast and great quality for such a reasonable priced machine. I love the fact that I can use high capacity ink cartridges for high volume printing and know that I will not run out of ink. It was so easy to set up I did not have to refer to the manual, although it is nice one is included and not just accessible online. The ink will not fade so the documents will last a long time and not require replacement. The copy, scan and fax functions are speedy and high resolution as well and the color touchscreen keeps me abreast of the status. I have been printing envelopes as need but not on a regular basis, nevertheless it is nice to have the option. It truly is multifunctioning and the operation is quiet. Amazing Wide Format All In One Printer

I have used many epson printers and it seems like epson constantly strives to just get better and better. This wide format all i one printer is just everything you could ever ask for maybe even more. Now for the details Now when it comes to epson they box there printers very well. Opening the box you can see everything well packed and easily manageable. This printer is big and big for a reason. Once out of the box you can see how well built this all in one really is. I suggest a very solid surface to place the printer on it is a bit heavy but not too bad. The easy to follow directions will get you up and running in no time at all. The touch screen is nice and vibrant and easy to follow. This printer has 2 paper options it has a normal tray but it also has a rear feeder for specialty projects you might need to print. Now as far as print quality this epson WF-7710 is amazing with vibrant colors and extremely quick print speeds. I really like the WiFi on this printer its strong and picks up everything i need to print throughout my home easily and fast. The other great option is being able to print from either a smartphone or tablet with the epson app. That in itself makes things so much easier not having to use a computer every time i need to print something. In general everything about this printer is excellent. If your looking for an all in one printer then i highly suggest picking up this WF-7710 from epson you will not regret it. Upon first notification of tracking the printer came very fast. It is quiet large but It was packed very well and safe. It is also heavy but that is to be expected for the large size. Following the instructions made set up/ installation very simple. If needed The written instructions were straight to the point and step by step. So there is no confusion. Looking at features the list is long. The printer really can do everything. Such as Colored or grayscale options, it can print larger sizes up to 11x17, scanning, copying which can be done on both sides. There is a mobile app for Epson so printing can be done from both tablet and smartphone. The Printing is done efficiently and fast. The paper try also hold up to 250 sheets of standard paper so I'm not having to constantly refill. There is also a large touch screen so it is very user friendly. The first word came out from my mouth was "huge" yes this baby is big, you need space to put this baby in. the packaging is very secure, it also have tape to keep the item in place and arrive in good condition. The ink was sealed in vacuum storage to keep the quality. I don't see anything I don't like about it. now I will tell you everything I love about this printer . First always read the instruction, just follow and you will be done in 5 minutes to 15 minutes, including putting the machine up. I love the quality of the picture even I use cheaper photo paper. Its very convenient printing in any device. I don't need keep using my laptop just to print, using phone to print feels awesome. I love that I can print & scan bigger size .I remember having hard time scanning our marriage cert. I cant scan t in full size using my old printer, this printer solved that problem.it also looks very neat because its cordless, one more thing I love about this is the back to back printing, it save me money. I'm very satisfied with this product and highly recommended for office and home use, specially if you have kids that print school projects this is great . Works amazing!! This printer is terrific! right out of the box it was easy to set up. I did end up using the software that came with rather than relying on downloading it from the web. I did have a few errors when trying to switch between paper and envelopes, but using the proper software fixed those issues. I was upset that it was not switching from paper to envelopes. I was about to give up & decided to do a full install and it solved all issues. The ability to print from a smart phone is so cool, I really use that alot. Pictures are crisp and vibrant and i find that this machine conserves ink well. I recommend to anyone wanting an awesomesauce printer. I'm in love with this printer! If you’re looking for an All-In-One professional printer then this is the one for you! It's a bit on the heavy side, and for good reason, its heavy duty and durable. The set-up of this printer was super easy, with that being said, this is a first. It was a pleasure setting this one up, no difficulty at all. The set-up guide was done very well and the on screen directions made it super easy. On to the printing, it was sooo gorgeous! The color is vibrant. I started with a regular print out, perfect! I have gloss paper on hand so I went ahead with a color picture, spectacular! The colors are vibrant and it looks like a professional picture. I definitely, hands down, recommend this printer! It's on the pricey side but its well worth it, it does an awesome job and will last long! Great printer for home office/power users

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Pros: 1. Greate cloud/network capabilities that address the needs of modern connected homes. Professional capabilities such asLinux support, Google cloud print support, Mobile apps. 2. Sturdy/quality construction that feels (and does) handle home office type of work loads. Ideal even for small businesses. 3. Simple to setup and use for beginners. Lots of options like web administation for power users/professional setups. 4. Color touchscreen makes administration lot easier than other printers with similar capabilities. 5. Great print quality. 6. Economical (uses common epson cartrige models that can be purchased refurbished). Cons: 1. Ink jet - this printer pushes the envelop, but still limited by the printing technology that is ink jet. This is not a fair criticism, but still ink jets dry out without regular use. Even though I did not test this capability, I had this experience with other ink jets I had. 2. Supplied tanks are low capacity (or standard capacity). 330pages capacity is pretty low. If someone prints about 10 pages a day, they need to replace the supplied ink within a month. They do have XL options that run 1000 pages. Wish it came with those. 3. Heavy - This printer is definitely on the heavy side. It is meant to be a "professional" grade (and it is) printer and it is not something you move often. So, it is not a huge con. I work from home and we are a household with kids doing various projects - in other words, we consume lot of office services this printer offers on a regular basis. We have gone through our share of network printers and have a fair experience dealing with them. Installation: Gone are the days, we had a printer connected to a PC in the living room. Now we buy only network capable printers that can be setup once and can be housed in a backroom. So, first thing I did after unpacking and installing the ink tanks etc., is to connect the printer to the network. It was a breeze with WPS capability. Once I had the printer connected to the network, I hopped on the admin console (http://<printer ip address> and did some adminstration. I did not care for "epson" provided services once I saw the google cloud print support. I registered for goolge cloud print and I know every device including mobile phones and tables can now access the printer. Printing: Printing is really straighforward. I printed a test page from few different devices and it seems to handle fine. I am not a connesiur of print quality or speed. But both seem reasonable to me. Network Printing/Cloud Printing: As I mentioned, we are already setup for google cloud print. Once I added the printer to google cloud print, everything worked smoothly. I am pretty sure, epson's own offering will work equally well or better, but I appreciate that I did not "have to" go thru epson specific setup. I love it when manufacturers support/adhere to standards. Linux: I noticed that epson does provide linux drivers. But once google cloud print is on, I did not have to go through installing drivers etc., Much appreciate not having to go through another time consuming set of tasks. Scanning: Scanning in this printer is the best I have used in terms of features. I love that it is automatic two-sided scanning. The scanning destination menu is perfect. It gives me several options, scan to shared folder which worked flawlessly with a "windows share" of a NAS hard drive, and scan to email are perfect. I like the fact that it remembers frequently used emails. This takes away the need to installs scan drivers, downloading software etc., Love this capability. Overall, I recommend this printer for situations like mine. Fairly regular users with lots of devices with different operating systems, that do not care for installing software on each device. I have not used the printer long enough to speak for its longevity, but the build quality makes me think this is going to last a while. With cheaper printer ink options available, I can see this printer serving us for a long time. I have had this printer in my office for a few days now. It has made doing my every day work load so much simplier. Before I used a printer scanner combo, a long with with fax machine. Setting this printer up was really easy. You just take out of the box, and follow the simple directions. Took me less than 15 minutes. I have to print many documents daily. Some also have photos I graphs. With this printer they print quickly, and are clear precise photos. I am impressed. Using the fax machine was also super easy. I love that I can save contacts so I can fax way quicker. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

    Great Home Office Printer!

When working remotely for a living, it’s important to make sure your home office has all the amenities of a real office. This includes Keurig Coffee maker, comfy office chair, sit/stand desk, proper lighting and a good printer. Enter the WF-7710! This is basically a Color Wireless Inkjet cartridge printer. The special things about this beast is the ability to Fax, Scan and print in LARGE format 19 inch A3 formats. Edge to edge which is nice for printing pictures. Setup was as easy as it gets. I didn’t even read the manual. Pull all of the little tape things off to make sure all the parts can move, plug it in and then load up the cartridges. The nice touch screen walks you through the whole process once powered up. Once unwrapped, the cartridges just snap right in. Easy Peasy. I think the ink is a little expense for these at around 60 bucks but the colors come out clean and dry almost instantly after printing. You can see the paper drawer below is HUGE. I can’t imagine any office printing needing much bigger formats than this for normal printer jobs. Once powered up and the cartridges installed, the Wi-Fi set up was super easy. The printer does include an Ethernet port for hardwiring which is also really nice. Once on the network, I was pleasantly surprised to see the printer notify me and then pull down a firmware update. Love that even after you purchase something, it continues to get better. My first test was a wireless print from my iPhone 6S+. I love the convenience of just printing a picture or email RIGHT FROM THE PHONE. It’s super easy and was printing in just a few clicks. The print came out in about 30 seconds and was completely dry and edge to edge. Very happy with the quality. The print was on a normal 8x11 piece of plain printer paper. This quality is great for school projects, work handouts or anything of that nature. We also printed a greeting card on heavy stock that came out great. Since it’s 2018, I had no reason to test the fax machine but scanning worked as expected and the scan bed is nice and big to accommodate large format scans. So for around $250, this is a perfect All in One printer. No issues at all, met expectations in terms of price and wireless printing from the iPhone is killer. I also liked that after about 5 minutes of idle time, the printer went into low Power save mode. Fast and Energy Efficient

The Epson WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer is a fast and energy efficient workhorse. This can print, scan, and fax a variety of different sizes, double-sided, color, and more. There are a ton of settings to make it completely customized to your home or office needs. Even in color it prints fast and the pages come out looking great. It will go to sleep quickly to conserve power but takes no time at all to light up and get back to work at the touch of a button, insert of paper, or request through your computer. For the initial set-up, the printer is heavy and may take 2 people to get it out of the box. There are no worries about having this shipped because it is packed in tight with lots of tape to keep the parts in place. There is only 1 page for set up instruction which is easy to follow, along with the on screen prompts. The ink cartridges pop in easily. There are no odd angles or weird wiggling them in and they all fit perfectly next to each other. I was making copies within minutes (it take about 6 minutes for the printer to set up the ink once you insert the cartridges). Setting this up on my computer was super easy as well. I don't have a cd drive, but the instructions provide the direct link to be able to install the drivers online. It took about 15 minutes to download and install on my slow internet connection. After that it will take you through the wifi connection, which was another 4 minutes, and then there is a firmware update. It took 9 minutes for part on of the update. It says you will need to turn the printer off and on again, but it will do it all by itself, making it much easier to setup. Another 2 minutes and it will turn off and back on again, then you are ready to finish the setup and registration, which was another 5 minutes. Your printer will be given its own email address and you can print directly to it from anywhere. I tested this out and it printed instantly. Overall, this is a huge improvement over my old printer. Even the control panel is adjustable, up to a 40 degree angle so that it is easy to use the touch screen and then push it back down to save space when not in use. NOTE: before doing any printing, do a print head check, and Print head alignment, I noticed an improvement in printouts after doing this step, Epsom should recommend this. I have had the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 For a Few days now. One of the first things I did was set it up and print out a high gloss Photo Image the came out looking like a professional print. Printing was quick with paper cassette tray filled. I have not tried the NFC / Wifi Direct (No Need) but this will make direct printing from mobile Devices that support printing a snap. I use Google Print and pairing was very simple via the Web UI. The Web UI is intuitive but not as polished as it could be. Touch Screen controls are intuitive to navigate and pairing to my home wifi network was simple. Scan for networks select mine type in the password using the Onscreen Touch Keyboard. I was able to scan a document front and back with the ADF Scanner using the Epson Network Scanner app, I was not able to get windows to scan natively from the scanner. Supports Google Cloud Print, AirPrint, Epson email Print using their software registration program. Scan to Cloud, I was looking forward to using scan to cloud, it does not appear that google drive / docs is supported and I have to use the Epson Software to set it up. Printer is BIG Length 22 in Width 18 - 22 in depending if you use the back bypass tray and have the touch panel pulled up. Hight 14 - 22 in 22 is with ADF sheet tray lifted up, otherwise it is only 14in high CON No google drive support Starter cartridges for ink. I think if you spend almost 300$ for a printer you should get full use Ink cartridges, I will say these trial cartridges are lasting a bit. Issues with Windows not auto detecting and installing the drivers. Clunky webUI “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

This is the first Epson brand printer I have ever used, and I regret waiting so long! I was shocked at the size of the device and very excited about the large scan and print capability. Opening the box I noticed several blue tapes so while removing those I took a good look at all the mechanics. The printer can print from the front but also has a rear feed option if you have paper you don't want to get bent. The starting instructions are very well written. Straight forward without a ton of excessive text, it also includes very specific comments that make sure you have no questions about how anything goes. I used the included disc to download to my desktop, the website to connect my 2 different types of laptops to the network, and the app on my iPhone. The desktop had some issues connecting using the automatic reccomended settings (it is an old desktop so it could have been the computer). Once I selected to manually add the printer to the network the instructions were also very specific and easy to follow, connection was successful. I was concerned how well the large capacity paper tray would work, I filled it and have had no issues with it grabbing more than 1 paper at a time for each print task. I had a few concerns about this printer due to past experiences with other brands of printers, none of my concerns have been an issue with this Epson WorkForce 7710. It easily connects to multiple devices. Doesnt have any issues adjusting to different paper sizes or types. I tested printing double sided pages with no issue and the photo quality was great. I often print on index card and envelopes, this printer functions so well with all the jobs I have tested. I'm beyond pleased with this device. This printer is packed with a ton of features; some I probably will never use. It’s advertised as a wide format printer for photos but it works exceptionally well with printing everyday documents. It wasn’t hard to setup as the printer guides you through each step with pictures. The instruction manual and disk were missing from my box so I had to download the drivers from the Epson website. It took a total of 20 minutes to setup once I found the drivers on the website. The print quality for pictures is phenomenal! My cousin used the printer to print pictures for shirt orders and all she talked about was the quality of the print and how beautiful it looked. My absolute favorite feature is the print from device feature. After I downloaded the Epson app from the Playstore, I was able to print pictures and documents easily from my phone. I am an avid couponer so this is A+ for me. The only drawback I had and am currently working with is true color printing. The reds print darker than they appear on screen or when making a copy of document. That’s not a deal breaker but it’s something that I want to be accurate. I am going to continue playing with the settings until I get it right! For the price and features I would recommend purchasing. Please note, this printer is extremely heavy and needs space. It is not compact at all so if you have a small space, this may not be for you. Very easy, very simple and painless set up. The printer is large but has the ability to do more than most printers. You can fax, scan and print in large format! It features a medium touchscreen panel. The panel is easy to navigate through to complete tasks. I like that the panel display all jobs. You can also edit or cancel them from the panel. Once powered on, the firmware update takes a good amount of time but set up gets easier after that. You can download the Epson app and print wirelessly from your devices. Being able to print from my phone is such a convenience. The ink dries fast after prints and I have not noticed any smudging. It takes four cartridges which are easy to access through the ink tray. However, the paper tray is on the difficult side. I had to reconfirm the paper size and type every time I loaded paper into the tray. I thought this step would go away after a few prints. The default paper setting was not for the normal paper size. I did not think that the scan and copy quality settings were the best. The items looked copied and not original. But I have enjoyed testing out this printer. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-In-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Massive printer with many print possibilities. Since it’s large, it does take up a great amount of space. The best feature is the ability to fax, scan and print in large format. The set up was very simple and easy. The printer features a nicely light screen panel on an angle, touchscreen and has step by step directions. You can set up you Wi-Fi printing through there which is a plus. Being able to print wirelessly from the app is very convenient. It did take a while to set up the printer because the firmware needed to be updated. Prints and ink dries fast. I was actually surprised that it was not loud when it printed because of its speed. It comes with four ink cartridges but they are priced high. Hopefully they last long. I printed some photos and they were vivid. A hands-down winner in larger format printing

We're a two person household of work-from-home professionals that consequently do a LOT of printing. While we mostly print in standard formats, as a person that does some graphic designing for work, I sometimes have the need to print in "unique" sizes that a normal 8 1/2 x 11 printer could not accomplish. This Epson WorkForce WF-7710 printer ended up being an absolutely fantastic printer that solves that issue entirely. Borderless printing up to 13 x 19 is truly a wonder to witness in action. Print quality wise I'm blown away in how good everything looks. Printing is quick and efficient for sure. The high quality, gigantic scanner is also a welcome addition as it works in flatbed AND document feeder modes for larger jobs. The big thing that sold me was the direct integration with tablets and phones using both WIFI and NFC. As we increasingly depend on these mobile devices for various things, I've found ample opportunity to print off a quick email or document directly from my phone. Doing so is a breeze with this new Epson printer. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

I wanted to get another Epson WF3620 like the one I had unfortunately Best Buy said those are out of production and since I have plenty of ink left from WF3620 and do not want to waste them, WF7710 is the only model that uses the same ink cartridges. Everything about 7710 is slightly better. It does not make as loud printing noises and it is much faster. However, it is a MONSTER BIG guy. Really heavy and takes up a lot of my precious real estate in my tiny office. The nice feature if you ever need is the ability to print A3 size.

The Epson WorkForce WF-7710 printer lives up to it's promises. The set up was very easy. Once the plastic wrap and tape was removed all I had to do was insert the ink cartridges and let the printer charge the ink. I didn't time the charging cycle but it seems to me like it was no longer than about 7-8 minutes. love the big touchscreen, it's very simple to use and easy to read. I did the initial settings for time, date, etc and set up my paper and photo settings. I wanted to try printing a few different size pictures first because this printer will be used for brochures. I printed 1 of each 4x6, 5 x 7 and 8x10. They all printed beautifully. The clarity is great and the colors are very vibrant. The next thing I did was scan 2 pages from our color brochure. The scanner worked great. I set it to print double sided on plain paper and it came out great. My boss used it to print 50 full color brochures and she was very impressed with the quality. We did have to purchase ink in advance knowing the printer was coming and it would only have the initial cartridges. I've been using the printer on a daily basis to print invoices (average 40-50 a day) and UPS and FedEx shipping labels. The last page prints as good as the first. The shipping labels tended to come out faded on our old printer by the end of a daily batch which can be a big problem when they are scanned. I also use the printer once a week to print UPC labels. They come out great as well. The fax is a big help for us, no more separate machines. Every fax we've received has looked really good, no smearing and smudging like some fax machines. We printed our own business cards on cardstock and the convenience and cost we saved by printing our own is a huge plus. Overall has been a wonderful addition to our small business and I believe it would be just as good for any size business. I definitely recommend it. The only criticism I have of the printer is the cost of the ink. It is expensive but considering the money saved by the ability to print many things we would have had to pay a printing company for it evens out. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
