Customers admire the WorkForce WF-7710's impressive print quality, ease of use, and convenient features like the touchscreen and scanning capabilities. Many appreciate its performance and the relatively simple setup process, finding it a good value for the price. However, some users note that the printer is large and heavy, and a few experienced issues with paper jams.

It has been over a year since I purchased this printer and it is working just it did on the first day. The only thing that I hate about it is that it will not print at all if one ink cartridge runout of ink. If you are looking to print just in black, and you have a full black in cartridge it will not print if you no longer have yellow ink. Makes no sense at all. I had other printers that would print out only in black even if I needed a new color ink cartridge, and this printer will not do that. This can sometimes be a pain if you need to urgently print something that only requires black ink.

Printer handles custom size printouts up to 13" x 19" for great flexibility. It is easy to set up and easy to use. Excellent text print and good photo reproduction. Fast wireless response time. Scan utilities and functions are also excellent.

Great printing quality. Pain in the butt to change the ink cartridges. Shows cartridge out of ink even when brand new. Probably should be rated lower just over the cartridges.

I ran out and bought this after my earlier model would not recover from a jam. I'm hoping this one doesn't suffer a similar fate. It is an affordable machine that does many things well. I like that 11x17 paper can be used.

I’ve been using the printer for 6 months now and I love it. As a matter of fact I have upgraded to the Epson ET15000. Way better than the go that I’ve had for about 3 months that no longer works.

I like the fact that the printer is an ink jet. the ink costs is way more affordable than a laser and it works perfectly with Heat Transfer Paper. I actually also own the WF-7720 which was my 1st purchase. I like it so much that I purchased the WF-7710 for my daughter. The only difference is the number of paper trays which is 1 for the 7710. The only thing I would change is that the printer really needs to be able to auto select the tray. I hate choosing the tray every time I print. WF7710 has regular paper tray and rear feed for bigger things such as 13x19 prints. If my print is that big then I shouldnt have to choose that the printer needs to pick that up automatically. The only flaw. Overall I will recommend this printer over the HP and Cannon simply due to large format printing and cheaper ink costs.

This printer is great for my home business. I purchased the 7720 but retuned it because it was too big. This one does the same thing but it doesn't have the second drawer I didn't really need.

I have been a long-time HP Printer person, so buying this Epson was a little stressful. I unboxed and setup quickly on an office network. Easy and super happy with the results.

I run a small business repairing, selling and installing PC's and printers. I was a loyal HP printer customer until almost EVERYONE of my customers had the same problem: "Printer Offline" and eventually "Print head Failure". Therefore, this last year I switched to Epson inkjet printers. Including this model WF-7710, and several of these models: WF-4720 and WF-3720. From the beginning setup on EVERY Epson printer, I would receive an error message, "Paper Mismatch". This is right out of the box, confirming 8.5 X 11 plain paper during setup. Why can’t Epson design a printer without this error coming up? My other gripe is this, try printing a large print job, say 50 pages. Throughout the final prints, I have numerous blank pages. Any large print job has numerous blanks! This is after fanning the paper stack for at least one minute in all directions. New printer, out of the box, setup exactly to Epson specs ...this stuff should not happen!
The other issue with the WF-7710 is this: Let us say you load your feed tray with maximum amount of paper and print a large print job. The tray where the paper ends up will NOT hold those sheets; they end up all over the floor!
Does anyone know of a printer company who makes a decent inkjet printer without these flaws?
I am very disappointed with Epson.

I love my new Epson WF-7710. It warms up quickly and the copies are great. I had a Canon before which I loved but this one is just as good and the ink cartridges are much cheaper.
