It's getting harder to find large format printers & this one replaces the Epson I had previously. I was lucky because it uses the same print cartridges & I had plenty in stock - but I didn't know that this printer came with 2 drawers. Yeah! I don't have to change between paper & catalog envelopes all day long!

I bought this when my scanner quit working on my old printer. I ordered it online thinking it was about the same as the one I had. Let me tell you, this one is so much better! First of all, it is huge! I got it on sale for a good price, i didn't look at the dimensions. It could be a small business printer. It does the same job, but a lot faster. The newer technology is worth it.

not a great quality, can jam easily, but good for the price. It is nice to have an 11 x 17 size at home in this year of working from home. Scans to PCs and Macs fairly simply. Software seems to want to update a lot.

Purchased this for my wife who’s starting to teach this fall Spanish 1 at a coop school. We had no issues so far mainly used for copies and some scanning applications. Only issue so far she’s using a lot of ink black and color have been purchasing the double black ink cartridge last longer enjoy the fast printing.

Great printer lots of features well priced. Easy to install but it is heavy.

I like Epson. prints well, easy to use and connects up to peripherals easily.

It was easy to connect and works great for printing documents. I am having a hard time getting it to scan to my computer as easily. I’ve been able to get things to scan over, but it’s a process. I wanted the open hinge to scan thicker items, that didn’t work at all like I’d hoped it would, the image came out very blurry

First, make sure you have the space for this monster. It's big. In spite of that, I don't have any complaints. I had to replace a competitor's printer three times in five years. A friend said he had an Epson and liked it very much. Its learning curve is a bit steep, but that is most likely because I've never owned an Epson product before. It's getting easier. I'm quite satisfied with it.

I've only used the printer for a couple of weeks; the delivery was on time and it was easy to set up. I didn't pay attention to the size and it is larger than I was looking for but it will be awesome when I want to enlarge an image. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase and it was a great price.

A great printer / scanner for around $200. Easy to set up and works with both a Mac and PC.

Set up is harder than with my HP. A bit of an ink hog. There is a bit of a learning curve for the scanner. The scanner area is area great! The above-mentioned items are the only deficiencies that I have experienced. I got it at an excellent price at Best Buy and am very pleased with the product.

I purchased this printer mainly because of the being able to print in large formats for paper programs up to 11x17. I regret the purchase of this printer. This printer uses entirely too much ink. I purchased two packs of ink yesterday (expensive), already had a full cartridge in the printer, and BOTH cartrdges of magenta already gone. matte paper, one photo and everything else is black ink. I dont think a printer should be using more of one ink cartrdige than the other.....now I have to go buy TWO more just to finish the job Im doing and then Back to my HP printer I go....Doesn't make sense at all to me... it is an Ink Vampire.... and yes I am choosing the correct paper and print settings (not new to this). Ive never had a printer that used as much ink to print as this printer in my entire 40+ years.

Still learning the printer, as it has so many features. It’s a great printer, with laser type quality. I gave it a 4 stars, as I’m still learning the printer, but have had some difficulty with a few things. Not sure if it’s user error, or just printer difficulty. Overall, I like the printer, so far.
