Purchased this printer to replace my HP 8600. Printer is not as quiet as the HP was and a little more bulky but price and availability made the decision for me. We will see how long it last.....7 years on the HP.

2 paper trays are wonderful. It is a great all around printer.

I've typically used HP printers and have always had issues with their annoying software. I tried Canon, since I'm a Canon camera guy, what a nightmare. This Epson though! Amazing! Vivid colors, photo quality, options for ink. I plan to use it as a sublimation printer for my t-shirt company as well. In one word, awesome!

Using this printer to print 11x17's, 12x12's and Teslin ID card's. Has some great colors. It does seem to consume a large amount of ink. Remember that only solid blacks use the black ink. Grey is done using multiple colors. Wish they had set this up to handle XL color cartridges instead of just the black since the color definitely gets used the most on these.

Amazing print quality and easy to setup and use!!!

I need this for my small side craft business and after lots of research, I decided on this make and model, I was not disappointed! Still trying to learn all the capable features, but overall, it was easy to setup and use. I just cant figure out how to update the software now lol. I will probably just have to YouTube it.

I liked this printer because I can make LARGE copies or flyers, only in doing that it's really BIG!! It takes up a lot of space on my desk. My biggest problem is it's REALLY loud when it prints or copies. Other than that it's ok...

Very affordable & set up was easy. Would purchase again

We have a small business and this is the second of these printers I've bought. They are easy to set up and use. The first one started printing at a tilt but replacing it was extremely easy to do at Best Buy, just bring it in and they brought another up front in less than five minutes.

I was looking for a printer that could do 11x17 prints as well the letter and legal size size sheets. It produces clear photo quality copies. The only down side is that it seems to use more ink that stated (I use XL cartridges and they don’t last as long as my HP printer).

Only had unit a short time, but so far like the performance of the unit. One drawback is the noise, units operation is not very quite along with movements associated with the printer heads operating. One last item is ink use. The unit seems to be a gobbler.

Slow to set up and get ready to print when you hit 'print'. All sorts of creaks, groans, and squeaks as it gets ready. Once it finally starts print speed is good and print quality is good. Two sided printing slows the process a lot, but is great to have.

Neeede a larger printer & already had a smaller Epson. This larger model is ocasionally on sale & was also possible to get discount w/trade in of the old Epson (this was a limited offer) Set up was fairly simple but there are a few quirks to figure out in the configurations . So would give it 4 1/2 stars which is not an option so will give it a 5 star

Excellent print quality, easy to replace printer cartridge

Bought this for my wife for use in her craft room where she needs to print design proofs larger than a regular piece of copy paper quite regularly. This thing sets up easily with a true touch screen interface and has the capacity to print just about anything you could think of! It can even be converted for sublimation printing. She LOVES it!

Good printer, easy to setup and printer really good

I have had this printer for nearly a year, and it has worked quite well. Got it to be able to print 11x17 engineering drawings. Its use of ink seems to be better (less costly) than the HP printers I used previously. It only downside might be that the colors don't seem to be quite as vibrant as the HP photo printers I have owned before.

Easy to set up, very dependable and great quality prints

So far so good. I like the quality of print and we were able to set it up easily. I only give it a 4 star because of it's size and weight and I sometimes get little "tic" marks on some photos (usually on a few of my waterslide pics) from the metal grip rollers that feed the paper through. I know I could pay more for a newer model with a smaller foot print, but money is not unlimited around here, and we have the room for it at this time. We have been very happy with Epson printers in the past which is why I bought Epson again. I have a small at home business and I print photos, vinyl stickers, water-slide decals, and cards, and the quality from Epson works for me. If you learn how to use the different print options you should be able to get a good quality print from this printer. Overall, I'm a happy Epson customer.
