However after I installed the dvd I lost my graphics. Had to have my best buy service to get it back to working and another $250.00 for new service to go with old service I paid 250 for last year. Anybody smell something here?

We are in the process of digitizing thousands items and documents. n addition we have several thousand phots to digitize. We are experiencing some difficulty with the auto feed but our in-house tech helps to solve these problems.

The worst

When it actually isn't experiencing a paper jam or having the "out of paper" message come on even though there is paper in the machine and it actually prints -the prints look pretty good. I've had this thing since July and had to buy ink 6 times already...very frustrating. I'm done with it- I paid way more for this with all the ink I've purchased that I am going to try another printer. It seems like these days they're all bad.

My wife and I use regularly and we never have any issues. Wireless connectivity is very reliable and epson printer cartridges are easy to replace. We have had different printers from other reputable companies over the years but this has been the most reliable and easiest printer to use.
