Pics turn out dark, and after some time haven't been able to get the color saturation where I would like it. Had other printers that I didn't have so many issues with. Every time I try loading from the back the paper gets stuck so it takes about three attempts to print custom.

Holds much more ink which old one seems we were ordering every month or two and barely printing maybe 30 pages. No more paper jams so far. Overall seems to be a good investment.
