We are still learning this printer, not quite as 'plug and play' as the HP, yet print quality is good. Our daughter is doing a great deal of sewing Star Wars costumes, with downloadable patterns, the larger print formats is a great bonus!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The WF-7720 replaced a WF-7620 that just after the warranty had expired developed problems with the printer spoting and streaking black ink and could not be rectified using the cleaning feature of the printer or new cartridges or different paper. Since its replacement appears to have the same printer mechanism I am apprehensive that it will last. And if you don't have a warranty of some kind, forget repairs. I would have had to personally take it to the nearest Epsom repair center 150 miles away. They will not accept shipments. The scanner with its document feeder on the other hand is of the highest quality. It never jammed once, ever, and I used it to copy large schematic diagrams with crystal clear clarity. Volume document reports through the feeder with two sided scanning worked flawlessly. Perfect file storage every time in a number of formats.

The First one I purchased lasted less than 6 mo print head failure amongst other things. Called Epson still under warranty but they put a hold on your card for the actual cost of the printer to ensure you ship it back. I suggest always buying the extended warranty.
