I had a bit of trouble with the installation in the beginning as it kept notifying me to down load all these firmware. I end up calling customer services who was very helpful and walked me through how to correct the error. Now working great.

Works well no real issues other than the rear document feeder can be a bit finicky to get to pick a piece of paper. Scanner works great. AirPrint works well with all our Apple products. Ink cartridges aren’t too expensive either.

I stay with them as you really do not have to purchase the expensive ink, I just get it on e-bay. I REFUSE to purchase a brand that makes you buy their overpriced ink,,,,

The ones I can figure out are super simple, but the things I know it can do I just can't seem to find the right settings to get it to do them.

No matter what I do I can not get it to work by sending the documents to my computer. I also am not happy with the fact that I do not get the amount of pages that the ink says.
