It decided to stop printing every color but magenta. So I bought new ink cartridges and it decided to only print black and yellow. I switched old with new, and now I can't print cyan.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The WF-7720 was purchased for 3 reasons; wide-format printing options, wireless network capability, and duplex scanning using the automatic document feeder. Wide-format worked well, although paper trays cumbersome. The ADF fed a second & third page before the first page cleared the paper path resulting in paper jams.....every time, whether duplex or single side scanning. Network setup instructions were followed (and re-followed X 5), in each case with a successful confirmation of network viability and assignment of SSID and IP address. Computer could not find it. Even when wifi direct was chosen and the printer became a hotspot, my mac could not find it.
