I received the printer in the mail, and was surprised by the size of the box. This is a good-sized printer. It has a bit of weight it, so it something that you will not be wanting to move everywhere. The setup of the printer is about as straight forward as you can get. I am very much the type of person that will dig into something and figure it out myself, then if I have a problem I will consult documentation.  I took all the blue tape (protector type to hold somethings in place/closed). I popped in the ink cartridges and then plugged it in. That’s when the magic started to happen. The printer did its own initial first startup process and had me set it up. I did not directly connect the printer to any computer, I only did the WIFI connected setup. (I don’t like unnecessary cables) That part was simple and effortlessly done with the touch screen that is on the printer. This thing will print HUGE pages, up to 13x19. I couldn’t print anything that size, but did use the 11x14 as that is a more common size that I use at times. I also loaded a tray (it has 2, plus a rear feed) with standard paper and a tray with some 4x6 photo paper. I printed a few documents I had on my phone and some random web pages from my PC and iPhone. I also printed a few pictures from my iPhone directly to the 4x6 using with no issues. The picture looked GREAT. I also printed some of the same documents with my color laser printer and to the naked eye you couldn’t tell a difference in my opinion. I also showed the documents to others in my house and they couldn’t tell a difference either. It may be time to retire my behemoth of a color laser printer and just use Epson. I would also like to note that the printer was quick and quiet. I was pleased with this part of it. One of the other big things for me on this printer was the ability to scan 11x14 documents. I have quite a few that I have been needing to scan for a digital copy and this did not disappoint. The quality was great and was quick as well. I also did scan some old photos that I had just to check the quality of that, and you will not be disappointed. Over all I personally feel that this is a great printer. Its quiet, fast and has the ability to print on multiple different sizes of paper. I think this is great for a home/home office/small business setting. makes terrible noise. Wouldn't buy again.will stick with hp next time.

The feed scanner doesn't work and my only option for repair is to bring this enormous printer back into the store, which doesn't have a phone number and cannot be contacted. I need a replacement printer or for the printer to be repaired and no one will do it.

I've had it for a month and prefer my canon. I hardly use it due to poor quality.

The printer had no ink and cords with it. I spoke with a rep and was told i could take the printer back to the store (it wont fit in my car). Or i can go to a store and see if they had extras(the store near me did not) so im stuck with a hull of a printer with no ink and no cord! Thanks so much!

I received this printer with the box a little rough, however the packaging itself on the inside made sure everything was perfect! The box came with ink and instructions for setting up the printer for the first time. The set-up up process was extremely easy! Simply plug in the power cord, and you will notice in the box that there are no other cords as this is completely wireless, and it starts booting up on it's own. From there you follow the on-screen instructions or the included set-up instructions and it takes about 15 minutes to do. The color display on the printer is nice and big and very easy to read, making the instructions easy to follow. It tells you when to add the ink cartridges and then it will find your network as well. I was able to start printing from my phone as soon as it found the network! I love that! Once we had it all set-up we installed the driver on the main computer and from there we were able to scan, print, copy and fax pretty much everything. Scanning is great as you can do it directly from the printer without having to be at your computer as you can e-mail directly to the person from the printer. The print quality is great, copying and scanning produces very little artifacts on the paper and even the color photo printing is good for being an all-in-one printer! I admit my favorite part is being able to print from anywhere from my phone. I can be talking about something and bring it up and instead of going back to my computer to bring it up again to print it, I simply hit print and it sends it to the printer. It makes things so much easier! The printer itself if rather large, but it is an all-in-one and for everything it can do, I would rather it take up the space than lose productivity. If you are in the market for an all-in-one printer, this is the one to get! I even checked the cost for replacement ink and the cost is not bad, I haven't had to replace mine yet and I have printed a fair amount of pages, so I am still on my starter cartridges. Never been so disappointed!! After reading the reviews I was so excited. Colors are faded and not sharp at all. I am now 9 days behind in my work. I received a second printer and was still horrible.

Was excited turned to disappointment when setting it up. It kept saying it was something lodged in device.. Called customer service they walked me thru what I had already been doing. Then agreed it was a warranty issue. Said could send another In 2-5 days... Day 1 gone.........

Purchased July 13, 2018; 15 months later will not feed paper causing jams and makes a terrible noise. This printer gets used 1 to 2 days a week, and not that much when used. If you are thinking about his item add in the cost of the extended warranty, might be worth it then.

This printer arrived wrapped up and protected the best they could, everything was installed properly but it squeaks when it prints and drinks ink like crazy. After over 5 phone calls to epson they are sending a replacement printer to see if it's any better

I run an office with a dozen people who are constantly on the go. We don't have a dedicated IT staff, and simply do not have the time to mess around with office technology that is unreliable or glitchy. The Epson WorkForce WF-7720 meets all our printing, scanning, and faxing needs, and then some. It set up quickly, without issue. The large touchscreen is beautiful and makes navigating the various functions and configurations easy and intuitive. Printing is crisp, clean and surprisingly fast. The double paper trays make it easy to go between two different paper sizes. 500 sheet capacity is great. Color printing is fast, with accurate color replication. Photos are as good as our dedicated photo printer, on the appropriate paper. Ink cartridges are small but relatively more affordable than past printers we have used. Making it more economical in the long run. Scanning is color-true and, like the printing, amazingly fast. Fax works as intended, and a welcome feature, but not something my office uses more than once or twice a year. Being able to print/scan to and from the cloud is a very nice feature. It is significantly larger than a typical home all-in-one, but not as big as one of those office standalone machines. Still, its size, weight, and functionality will require a good amount of dedicated space. The whole top needs vertical space to swing open, for any scanning or copying that doesn't use the automatic feed, as well as to change the ink cartridges. It will also need space around it if you use the custom paper feed on the back. All in all, it is a welcome replacement for my previous all-in-one device. Worked great at first. But now I have these “pizza wheel” marks on every print that I can’t get rid of. Of course this didn’t happen until after the return period. So now I’m stuck with this printer and will need to start shipping for a new one.

This printer never worked. When setting up it stated that there was additional packing material in it, but there was not. It could never get past the error message. Ended up returning it.

Beware of paper jam. Facory rep no help. Disappointed

This is not a great printer Fax machine. I have had it just one month and the feeder wont work! It jambs every time I send try to use the auto feeder. I never thought I would admit it but my old HP was far superior in every way.

Worst printer ever owned. Paper jams a lot. Scanner works sometimes. Have removed and reinstalled several times, to no avail.
