So many features with the WF-7720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer. The printer has met all of my business needs from faxing, printing, copying, and scanning. The printing is fast and concise not to mention being able to connect my smart phone, tablet, and laptop; it was a breeze. Set up was very easy due to the instructions; I was able to connect to Wi-Fi with ease. I did have to download printer drivers but that was with ease; the website was also user friendly recommending which drivers I needed with Windows 10. Overall, this is an exceptional printer. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7720 All-In-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

This printer can definitely handle all my small business needs and then some. I work in a small office of about 5 people full time and also have a design and direct sales business on the side. We were using an office laser printer until I brought this one to work and it has saved us so much time and energy. I really love the scanning. I am able to scan using the software on my computer and adjust the settings for the documents I am going to scan in. We have a variety of skill level of users when it comes to technology (I am advanced while the others range from novice to medium skill). I find the app really easy to use while the others prefer to scan directly from the printer touch screen. I have used both and gotten great results either way. We are able to scan in documents that are two sided using the auto document feeder by setting either on the printer or the scan program and the printer does the rest. It also scans in larger documents with the auto document feeder for those occasions when we have larger than legal size receipts. I am able to print high quality full color documents up to size 13”x19” which helps me since I design fliers and documents for display in our office or for my direct sales business. I really love designing myself and while I was worried about print quality since this is an office and not a photo printer specifically it performed just as well as my dedicated photo printer. It does not have a lot of presets for Super B size paper other than about 4 types of glossy and 1 matte, but my design printed full color beautifully on the luster paper using the semi-gloss paper setting. The colors in the design matched perfectly to what I saw on screen. It has two paper cassette trays along with a rear paper feeder which works well for larger size papers. This printer has a button on the front for paper setting so you can tell it what kind of paper you have in each cassette for quick printing. I am impressed that it prints quickly even when set to two sided and full color. I am able to print documents to the printer from anywhere with the Epson connect by emailing the documents to the printers’ e-mail address. It works great and I use this feature at least 3-4x a week. Printing wirelessly from the app is simple and easy to use since we do have two employees that travel a lot and also use tablets to produce documents that are only available in app form. They are able to use the Epson connect as well as the Epson IPrint app from the office to scan and print from their mobile devices. Faxing directly from the device is simple as well with an address book that we can program our fax numbers and names making it easy for both advanced and novice users to find what they are looking for and send it by putting the document in the auto document feeder or the scanner bed. Faxing also allows for two sided scanning using the auto document feeder and will print a report if the fax does not go through for whatever reason. Great Home Office All-in-One Printer

This is a short review of my experiences with the Epson Workforce WF-7720. I had limited experience with printer setup in general and no experience with setting a wifi printer up prior to obtaining this printer. When I pulled this unit out of the box and looked at the quick start guide, it all seemed pretty easy. The only thing I had to plug in was the power cord and I got started. From there, the setup was a breeze and I was printing within minutes from my laptop, iPad, and iPhone. This was huge for me that everything worked so smoothly from my iPad and iPhone because I do a lot of printing from them. The only problem I had was a slight problem at best…which was figuring out which direction to place the paper into the trays. That problem was easy conquered. Overall, I would say that I was very satisfied with the setup process. After setup, I went on to actually printing documents to see how day-to-day use worked out. I found that the wifi connectivity never failed me and the unit was always ready to go. I really liked that the printer had two trays for paper and each could be loaded with a different sized paper. I printed emails, text documents containing graphics, and photographs with ease. The quality of the printed material seemed great. The colors appeared spot on and the photographs were pretty good considering that this printer does not have the sole purpose of printing photographs. Another thing that I liked about this printer was that I was never bothered by the minimal noise it produced. There have really been no negatives so far in the few weeks that I’ve had this printer. In conclusion, my opinion is that this printer is a solid contender. If it were me purchasing a printer for general home office or small business use, I would certainly choose a printer such as this primarily for its diversity, easy setup, and hassle free printing to name a few. This thing can print, copy, fax, and scan. The biggest pro by far in my opinion is that its connectivity is so strong. Having no problems at all with wifi connectivity was a huge relief. I really don’t think you could go wrong with this printer where all-in-one is a priority to save space and clutter. Thumbs-up Epson. Received the printer, and found the packaging to be simple, yet stabilizing for the equipment. The setup was extremely easy and uncomplicated. The only drawback was moving it due to the weight and some may find it challenging to move it without additional help. Setting up the printer was simplistic due to the easy to follow prompts on the touch screen control panel, and this includes connecting to my wireless network and mobile devices. The touch screen control panel commands are easy to understand and use, and include advanced settings where you can set a password due to it arriving without one by default. The ink cartridge installation was simple, but I do recommend following the instructions for the installation, as they are very specific. I had no issues with the provided driver disk, and found the overall setup process easy and efficient. The Epson app was easy to use and extremely helpful in regards to printing and scanning wirelessly, especially from the many mobile devices that are utilized in my work environment. I love the fact that I can email documents to the printers email address to be printed! A pleasant surprise was the printing speed, and ability to produce full color photos using the semi-gloss paper setting. The wide-format feature works extremely well and I was able to produce some high quality poster images for my office. The dual paper trays allow me to switch between different paper sizes, and the rear access was nice as a third option in regards to paper options. I have never owned a Epson printer before, but my opinion that the Epson Work Force WF-7720 is beast of a machine that provides all the capabilities I need, some I didn’t realize I wanted! The overall quality of this printer is excellent not to mention that Epson provides a two year warraty as well. This printer is absolutely awesome! I was nervous the set up was going to be difficult because I don't have much experience with setting up printers, scanners or fax machines, but it was really easy with the instructions sent. The installation took some time but everything worked the first time around and registration was easy. Inserting the ink cartridges and setting the main settings on the screen were easy as well, but I had problems with the paper tray at first. I loaded the paper the wrong way and the printer detected that and actually told me what I did wrong which is awesome. After everything was set up the test paper printed properly and it was ready to go. I print and scan a lot of papers between my children's school work, projects and my husbands side job so this printer is the perfect size. It fits right next to my desk perfectly and is not that hard to pick up and move alone if I absolutely have to move it. The quality of the prints and scans are clear, legible and the pictures coming out looking the same as they do on my screen. I don't hear the page actually printing, just the paper loading and coming out into the finish tray. I have not actually faxed anything yet but I have set up my number in the fax settings for when I do. Another feature I tried and was successful with was the mobile printing which requires the app to be downloaded but is not a big deal. Everything still prints fast just like it was coming from the computer. Overall, this printer makes my life so much easier and convenient and will help me save a ton of money on printing, scanning and faxing. Excellent Al-In-One Printer

I couldn't be happier with the printer that I received. I was a little surprised how big it was but for all the features it can do then it makes sense. The printer arrived safe in the package with all items I needed EVEN ink! This is so nice since I didn't consider that it would start me off with some ink which is a bonus in my book. Setting up the printer was so easy. Someone who has rarely touched a printer or set up any computer/tech products wouldn't have any problems. The instructions are straight forward and not many steps. It even can connect to my desktop and laptop through the wireless. I love it. I can be in any room and print to the printer. I did have an issue not realizing I loaded my paper the wrong direction so my print job was cut-off so placing an indication in white to stand out on the paper tray would be helpful (minor and personal preference). Making copies on the machine is such a breeze. I love the scanning option. This makes signing documents and emailing things to contacts at home perfect. I don't have to worry about taking it somewhere to get done. I have been using the Workforce WF-7720 for a little over 2 weeks and couldn't say but great things. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a printer, copier and scanner al in one! You won't find anything that is easy to use. Great printer

I’ve had the Epson WF-7200 few weeks and I’m pretty impressed by its performance. The printer came nicely packaged. All moving parts had secure tape. The secure tape was easy to locate and remove. It's somewhat large but not too heavy. It only comes with the power plug and not its own usb cord. Having dual trays is nice. It saves the hassle of having to change the paper since this one holds the specialty paper on the first tray. I connected the printer to a wired network and installed the drivers and software on a system running Windows 10. The 4.3 color touch-screen is bright and clear allowing you to make quick changes from printing, scanning, faxing and copying. You can also move the screen up so that if you're standing you don't have to squat to see the menu. This printer is more for a business but with a family with 4 teenagers it has allowed me to print school papers and projects from the comfort of my kitchen off of the amazing wifi feature. I've also used it print pictures on regular white paper. The color was really nice. I was even more impressed when I used photo paper and “Epson iPrint” app. No one believed me when I told them I printed them myself from my home office. This printer was absolutely fantastic! The setup was extremely easy, including easy installation of ink cartridges. I was able to print a large quantity of high quality flyers, using a number of different colors. I have to say that the printer worked really well for those. As for wireless printing, all of my phones and devices printed wirelessly with literally no setup. The speed of printing from my phone was more than adequate, and I was very impressed. As for duplex printing, the printer works great as well. I printed a number of documents on both sides of the sheet. The printer did not experience any paper jams, and I had no issues at all while using it. The scanning feature and automatic document feeder are two things that in this printer, I was honestly impressed with. I was also happy with the touchscreen that came with this printer. It is a larger display than my larger printers, and it was easy to use and understand. I did not get a chance to use the fax feature; however, I do like that there was that option. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone that wants a quality printer that can handle large print jobs as well. This printer was really easy to set up, all I had to do was plug it in and follow instructions that came with product. Ink was also easy to install and it was easy setting up to my computer and to the Wi-Fi. I really like the touchscreen because it is really easy to use and fun. I really love that it can make borderless prints because I think that makes my pictures look better. It worked really well with my Wi-Fi and I was able to print easily from my phone and iPod. The picture quality is amazing. I also used the copier to copy some documents and it is really fast and did a great job didn't get jammed at all. I also used some really heavy cardstock through the rear feed and it worked great didn't get jammed or smear the ink. I scanned a document to my email and it arrived almost instantly so I really do love this Epson Workforce WF-7220 the only bad thing I can say about it is that it is a little too big. It doesn't really fit anywhere I would like it to be a bit smaller but other than that I really love this product it works great and has great quality "This is a review for the Epson Workforce WF-7220 Wide Format all-in-one printer I received free of charge to do a beta test and review."

Overall, I love the quality and features of the product but one thing to note as many others have is that the printer is quite large and will require a lot of space. Both the scanner bed and document feeder are very fast and do a great job of reproducing the quality of the original document. Additionally, you can also scan documents directly to your computer or a cloud provider for easy storage. I love that there is an app built for this all in one device. You can do several features such as scan, copy and even upload files to a cloud drive for storage. One feature I enjoyed using was taking a picture of a document and then sending it directly to the printer to print. Make sure to download software/drivers from Epson, when installing software from disk included in package it was never able to find printer wirelessly, when I finally went to download it directly from Epson it did work. I have 3 Epson printers in my home (we do a lot of art and photo printing) and this one is the best one I’ve owned. 13”x19” prints! And they’re gorgeous. Very handy for my wife’s photography and for printing out digital “tear sheets” from PDF magazines. It was very easy to setup on the home network, and we put it on top of a rolling cart, since there are no cables attached, and we only need to roll it from power source to power source; it’s super convenient to be able to put it next to whoever is currently using it. I have printed a few booklets on it too, using 11”x17” paper so that I end up with a saddle-stapled letter-sized booklet. All in all this beauty is going to be a beast of burden for our every day needs.
