Awful. Avoid at all costs

I could get past that if the printer would actually, well, print. I have never once managed to print more than ten sheets in a row without a jam. After two months, I can't print two consecutive sheets without a jam. Scanner works. I guess that's something.

Printer Sucks, Scanner Sucks

Worked for 6 months and then stopped

The ink cartridges included with the Epson WF-7720 are designed for initial setup only and your printer will use most of this ink to charge the ink delivery system. There are many factors that affect cartridge yield and you can find the information at www.epson.com/ink-yield-cartridge-info. Additionally, your WorkForce printer is designed to use only genuine Epson-brand ink cartridges. Other brands of ink cartridges, and ink supplies, are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, may not function properly or at all. Please ensure you have installed Epson genuine cartridges.
