When everything connects like it should, this is my favorite printer I've ever own. Quality is good, speed is fast and controls are easily navigated. The only problem is that it requires a hard off/reset every so often when I start having connection issues from various devices. The wide format ability to print 11x17 is excellent and very helpful for work projects.

I replaced an HP 8710 with this WF-7720 because of a color printing issue, and I ALWAYS buy the Best Buy extended warranty on printers. I wanted a change from HP, and I am very pleased with Epson. This AIO does everything I need. I use scan-to-email a lot and this device works great. It is HUGE, so it can accommodate larger sizes of paper than I will ever need. Print quality is fantastic on regular paper. Photos could be better, but this obviously isn't a photo printer, so no big deal. If you're looking for a robust, feature packed work horse, this is it!

This is a big printer, but easy setup, and I especially liked how easy it was to set up over our home network. It is functional. The first time my son tried to print from his room he said it didn't work and that he tried and tried but he went downstairs and nothing printed. Of course, he's 9, and he failed to look behind my desk where all 20 copies of his document printed and fell down because he hadn't extended the tray. Very functional, but I haven't had a chance to test the photo and large photo printing yet.

I needed to replace a Brother large format printer which has served me well for many years. Because I needed something quickly, I was limited to items that were in stock. Price and online reviews led me to this Epson printer and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the items I need to print is outstanding -- extremely crisp and clear to read. Plus having two paper drawers allows me to keep my 11x17 paper in one drawer and traditional letter size in the other, and not have to switch out every time. I highly recommend this printer.

I had problems with setup with wifi. It wasn't the easiest to setup. Now that it's setup I still have to periodically reenter the password for my wifi. This is very aggravating. I can not figure out how to remedy this. Other than the wifi/password issue it prints well although it sometimes takes awhile for it to spoil to the printer.

This is the third Epson multifunction printer I’ve purchased. The first two were at the house. This is for my office. I needed to be able to print 11x17 architectural drawings and Epson had a solution at a great price. The nice thing about Epson MFPs is that you can buy branded replacement ink cartridges in high yield (extra high yield for black) that really cut the cost per page for extended printing. And they last a very long time. I highly recommend this printer, copier, scanner (& fax, but who uses that any more???!!)!

I love my new printer. Such clear documents and prints very quickly. I love the scanning and faxing capabilities also. Great addition to my home office.

It prints well and was easy to setup. Could not get the scan to the computer button to perform its function. Spent two hours on the phone with Edson help center and that was a waste of to hours. They couldn’t figure it out and told me there was nothing they could do. Will not buy another one.

Love how easy it was to set up and that our phones and laptops print instantly!! Best bang for buck!

Purchased this copier for commercial construction job site office. It fulfills all my needs. Especially like being able to scan and print 11 x 17.

This printer was super easy to set up and works great. The picture quality on the prints are very vibrant and clear.

Easy setup. Great value. Replaced a 4 year Cannon with this printer. It is a little larger than the Cannon but not much larger.

This printer is wide and tall, so make sure you have room. It works great and was easy to make wireless so we can use from any room in the house.
