Legitimately horrible.
It wouldn't even install on my wife's Mac. I got it to install on my old Windows machine, but the software made me make a thumb drive to wipe it. Nothing about that in the description. After a trip to the store for a thumb drive and another half hour to figure out how to make the thing, none of the prompts were there. Wouldn't work at all. I contacted tech support and they said "yeah, we're seeing a lot of compatibility problems. get a refund."
So there you have it. What a waste.
By the way, notice that the only positive reviews aren't verified purchases. Take that for what it's worth.

Great product. Really give you peace of mind to wipe your computer. I used it on my old Mac before i recycled it and it works very slick. Highly recommend if you are in need of wiping an old device.
