Great film good looking transfer the sounds was solid. I own previous versions of this film and this one looked better than the blu ray release which had been previously released.

This is classic tough guy action flick. Movies for guys who like movies. Anyone remember that? My dad put me on this when I was like 10. Call me Snake. Definitely in my triple dip, DVD Blu-ray and now 4k.

Great 4K transfer of a legacy title. While some of the shots are soft, that’s most likely related to the actual film stock and lenses used. It’s probably the best this film has ever looked.

The film is glorious on LG OLED shining in Dolby Vision and knocking hard in Dolby Atmos! Worth every penny spent.

John Carpenter is my favorite Director and this is one of his best films. The picture of this transfer is amazing and was well worth the wait. A must-buy for fans of the film.

This is a great 4k, has TONS of bomus features. This is a great movie and this 4k transfer is the best this movie has ever looked and probably the best it ever will look.

Escape from New York looks and sounds terrific .Another great transfer in 4k . I’m amazed and delighted these older films look great in 4k . Keep up the great work .

Remember this movie as one of my favorites growing up. When i found out it was going to be on 4k i had to have it,i was not disappointed!!

EFNY is one of my favorite movies of all time and Kurt Russell's Snake Plissken is one of the best movie characters ever. This remaster is perfection!

The new Dolby atmos track is a welcome addition. The European release did not have a Dolby atmos track.

One of the coolest science fiction/horror/action films ever made for the big screen. John Carpenter has an imagination like no other!

There are a few scenes that don't look the best but the overall restoration is great. Sure to please fans of Snake and home theater geeks alike

This is a must have for any John Carpenter fan. Restored beautifully and the sound is really intense. Watching it in 4K gives me goosebumps.

Awesome movie from 1981 done in 4K. The lighting in the movie is incredible. The picture is very good. Highly recommend.
