I had my escort Max 360 hardwired into my car and bought this to make it easier for the installer. It worked perfectly and now if I do get a false signal I can mute it by simply pushing the button on the power cord. He mounted it on the console so that it's right next to my leg.

This is must have item if you use a radar. The look is way cleaner with no power cable hanging down from the radar. I also like be able to mute the radar without having to reach up for the radar(really good for when a cop has pulled up behind you). I put the button on the console down my leg where my hand would normally rest.

Cheap and easy way to ditch the power cord over the rear view mirror. Looks a lot nicer and has that factory look if you run it right. Just remember to tap a switched powersource and not a live one.

I don’t like mess specially inside the car. So I bought it and it came out awesome no more mess on my truck and you can do it yourself no need to have wires hanging all over. Very satisfied with product and price.

Excellent product works with older Passport units up to the latest Max 360 - allows you to mute and see an alert which helps for the unit tucked up high in the visor area...a must for direct wire people.....lots of cord - works great

Wired this on my Tacoma and it works great! It’s much better not having a cable running on my dash. Easy to install and I would recommend to anyone with an escort radar!

Works like a charm and I didn't have to take apart anything other than the fuse cover on my Audi A7. This wedges very easily and cleanly into the A pillar covers as well as the dash trim. I have an older Passport 7500 that has been with me for over a decade and wanted to hard wire this on the rear view mirror. The only difficult part was finding where to ground the wiring. If you don't find the right ground, it won't turn on (which is a good safety feature), but I thought the first unit I bought was broken and returned/replaced it with another only to find out the bolt I thought was a ground was not.

Great product, very easy to install, and gives you the ability to hide the radar without having the cord running across your dash.

While the cable works fine I can't say enough good things about how professional the installation was with the BB team

This kit allowed me to install my radar detector with a single wire visible. The mute button is close to my steering wheel and that makes it easy to silence the unit in areas that I know will create an alarm.

This purchase was one of the best I've made over the years in its category. I love the user friendly instructions and it pretty much works by itself with little input. Works awesome and looks great in my truck.

I dont like having wires everywhere and this part did the magic trick by hiding the wires. The tech did an awesome job at installing and hiding what would have been hanging over the dashboard etc...

Really convenient way of muting your radar detector. No longer have to fumble with the radar itself. Plus a lot cleaner install.

Wired this to my 20’ Lexus GS350F. The original cigarette cord that was to short for my since the 12v plug is located in the center console. This extension was more than plenty of length. I wired it into the fuse box under the dash and ran the wires up the pillar and mounted the escort x80 on the driver side top corner of the windshield where it’s very discreet. The mute bottom I installed inside the center console where it’s easily accessible and hidden.

I love it this way i don’t have to have a wire hanging down from my wishield just to have it plug in. Now the wire is hidden and looks allot nicer

great product and easy to install. The wires could be 6 inches longer that could have made the wiring easier to install. Overall, great product and makes your car look good!
