Love the range on this radar detector. Has already saved me plenty of times! Love the app as well! Very easy to use.

Easy setup to customize how you want your device to function. Escort has an app to help with those functions. Will self store false alerts after three notifications. My last alert was at least 1/4 mi ahead. I chose this detector mainly because the safety alerts in some vehicles like adaptive cruise control or lane detection in other devices give a false alert. This one doesn't.

Upgraded and worth the price range. The app is very nice as well. Great range and accuracy

I really like this Radar Detector. It is a bit different, as I was not use to using an app to do the initial set-up, but it is very easy and you can customize it. It has a voice that talks to you and seems to minimize false alerts over time. I also like the new suction Cup. Lastly, it detects from long range and works well. I think this is a fantastic radar.

I think this detector works great. Since I installed it in my car it has performed great and never has any problems. I think it is well designed and also looks great. It was easy to install (l hardwired it into my Cadillac's fuse panel with the optional hard wiring kit). I would recommend this item for anyone who wants reliable and quick detection of radar while in the city or open road.

This detector is a lot of bang for the buck. When you buy it, update the firmware and go to the max 3 setup video by Vortex Radar on YouTube. After update and optimizing settings this detector is top notch. Very minimal false alerts and works spectacular. Do not plug and play this detector. Update firmware first and foremost then customize settings by YouTube.

Radar detector was very easy to install and seems to be effective (have used it a couple weeks). Phone app is good and would recommend using. Still getting a number of false alarms on Ka band. Data base of speed limits and traps seems accurate so far. Expensive but appears goof quality.

I love this thing. Super accurate and not many false detections. Only thing is that the max3 goes nuts with every mazda cx5 suv it sees. Honestly quite amusing to me. No the less the best bang for the buck radar on the market and the bluetooth and gps are cool added features in the escort live app

did an amazing job on my trip from Minneapolis to New Mexico!. Continues to do so locally! I get the pings and make adjustments as needed. I was worried I couldn't put it up on the dashboard but it works perfectly in the middle console next to the water bottle. If you're looking to have a little help knowing when "overspeed" occurs or when you're being pinged, This is the most reliable device ever! Definitely would buy again! Definitely a five-star review! Definitely would make a greatly appreciated gift!

Very responsive and just as accurate. There really are a lot less false alerts with this model. Plus, I absolutely love the magnetic window mount.

I highly recommend one of these for as I call them road warriors has saved me several times easy to get to cruising down the interstate or highway and east to go a few over and get pulled over this alerts you to radar present

Love it. Got this for a trip along the east coast…..it pointed out speeding & red light cams…..laser, even air patrolled areas. It was a lifesaver to say the least. Made my destination in record time!

I have an escort radar detector in all 3 of my cars. This one works as great. Less falsing from other vehicles than the older models and blocks out other signals permanently using GPS locations. Definitely recommend escort and this model.

This allows me to have an understanding as to where those with radar are. Has saved me too many times to count.

After upgrading from a Whistler XTR-145 this detector has a really amazing range compared to it. It rarely picks up false alerts when connected to the network.

Works great. People can say what they want but this thing has saved us time and time again. Some false alarms but not as many and lower end ones.

This product has been great and has helped me save tons of money on speeding tickets. It also helps alert me of red light cameras. I love the app which helps you connect to other users and shows the history of other alerts. I highly recommend it!!!

Driving from Colorado to Chicago ,Escort max 3 made it easier ,safer and faster travel for my family .There are plenty of radar detected ,and a split of a second laser was detected and I immediately reacted toward a safer driving .Even the police that is hiding in the middle of a highway was spotted by escort.Story short NO TICKETS!

Great radar detector. Bought this to upgrade against my Escort Smart Radar. Worked very well, extremely configurable. Range is great. In my opinion, the best bang for the buck against others in the Escort line or Uniden line Sure, it doesn't have DSP or directional arrows, nor is it stealth (which is what I really liked about the Smart Radar), but got the job done very well. I didn't have DSP or directional arrows before, so didn't miss it, and I had it paired with Escort Live Radar on my phone. A great pair.
