Don't get a lot of false hits, which is nice. Good range on ka band. Like mute button on smart cord. Happy with my purchase.

Ive had whistlers and cobras. They pick up everything and you tend to ignore. This detector will remember where the false alarms occur and filter out. You can turn off the x band and be relieved of all the motion sensor alarms. This dector does an excellent job of picking up genuine police radar. A bit pricey compared to the average detector but its nice to drive along without the "little boy crying wolf " all the time. Highly recommend.

This device is so accurate with easy user interface and simple setting for everyone. I love the live updating information about speed cameras and police traps.

It works even better than stated. It's warned me up to about 4 miles out from a highway patrol.

Great Radar , did return to get the newer max 360 with the directional arrows so you can tell which way the signal is coming from.

This is the 3 rd time I am buying this product. I bought one for myself and it has saved me a ton of money by notifying me of police in the area. Seeing my daughter has a heavy foot I bought her one last Christmas. I wish I had bought 2 at that time cause I would have saved my other daughter a speeding ticket, but did end up buying it for her this past Christmas so hopefully no more tickets

just completed 1st long trip. worked like a champ. as expected some false alarms in town but good to know about radar down the road and able to correct speed. I like the visual and voice warning features.

The Passport Max2 doesn't display the current speed limit. It constantly displays 70 MPH (by default) or displays a blank speed limit sign when connected to a smart phone. The radar detector also needs to be constantly connected to a power source in order to function. You can't unplug it from the outlet to charge your phone. It also requires connection to a cellphone in order to transmit and receive information. See photo of partially functioning unit mounted next to Garmin Nuvii. The $400.00 Garmin functions fully on it's own. I expected a $600.00 radar detector to do the same.

It worked as it noted and more than I expected distance-wise. It even warned me of other emergency vehicles.

I really like this radar detector. I like how it connects to your phone thrOugh the escort app. Through the app you can let it know if there are false detections and it remembers it when you are in that area. The range is very good from what I have seen. This is a great product as long as you can get it on sale. I think it’s to much if not on sale.

Good but it is much quieter than I thought which is nice but if you have music going you really gave to listen for the beeps

I had an Escort 9500 for years and finally was time to upgrade... With this one having a nice digital display, super easy and very familiar in usage... Was a good upgrade. Nice vocal warnings and with all the cameras at stop lights, it's nice getting a warning. I also love how you can control and adjust settings from the app! Very convenient and worth the purchase

This RD works great. I really like connection with the iPhone to show speed traps and red light cameras.

This is an amazing detector. If you are going to get a detector, get one that is going to save you the headache of a ticket. This baby is the one. I have not gotten any false alarms on the freeway. Every time this thing went off there was a CHP and I HAD AMPLE TIME TO SLOW DOWN. This thing is amazing. Very trustworthy device. I highly recommend it to everyone.
