I really like this radar, it is very helpful. If you are looking for a radar detector, do not get the 360c. This one has a larger range.

I would also say i herd if you buy from Best buy the company will not pay your ticket. I do not know if this is true. it does take forever to update the software if you're not doing it from the computer and trying to do it from WIFI at your house, like 30 min I would say.. still, I would recommend this item to all.

Quality is always top notch and have only had to replace one detector a couple years ago that cracked due to falling off the windshield and cracking. Was due to me trying to catch it and actually smacking into console. OOOpss!!

This isn’t a common problem, but our detectors do come with a one-year warranty that covers repair costs if the unit is still under warranty. Outside of the warranty period, we do offer repair services at a fee, and currently there are two options available with different pricing. Please reach out to our support team if you are needing to send it in and we’d be happy to walk you through the options and help get your unit working properly again. Also as a note, we recently released firmware version 1.17 for the Redline 360c. Please be sure to complete the update as it offers new features and performance improvements. Thanks!
