Lousy customer service. Bad Radar detector. Suction cups went flat irregular size. You can buy replacements for $10.49 plus shipping. DO NOT BUY!!

Bought by my son. Following the speed limits makes for a better financial choice.

It does its job, but be prepared for so many unneeded beeps of K bands. If you had the classic Escort from like 10 years ago... this will disappoint you. We are constantly (like every 5-10 mins) having to push the mute button... and yes we have tried different settings.

This thing kept on going off at everything on the road. Annoying!

I ordered this item for a birthday gift for my husband but the first time I tried to get it I wanted it delivered and was surprised when it was delayed by two days and then the delivery was canceled for no reason at all they said it was attempted delivery at my work but nobody was there to receive it which was a lie because there were six people there in the building but they never attempted to deliver it they just didn’t deliver it come to find out there was a problem in the warehouse which is only details that I was able to receive. Then I had to place the order again and it ended up being late for the intended purpose I will not be ordering again via this method thank you for nothing.

I've had this for over a year and it serves its purpose. For the price, I can tolerate a few false alarms. Honestly, the occasional false alarm reminds me to keep my speed in check! Ha! But it is key to keep the app open on my phone while driving, thus connected via Bluetooth. It quiets the alarm within a couple seconds. This is good if you're like me, and immediately check your speed. But some folks like the persistent loud alarm until they pass the radar. Up to you. I like that I can look at the display to see what I don't want to hear. I do end up unplugging it in parking lots, though, because the false alarms are constant in those areas. But for the price, this is worth it. The next step up is too expensive. Only real complaint is that the Escort Live app on my phone is a big battery drain. I have to remember to close the app when I leave my car. All in all, though, a good affordable device.

The thing goes off without there being a cop around and auto-mutes when there actually is a cop nearby. It's been less than two months and I already had to send it off to manufacturer for a warranty repair.

At first, I thought it was a great buy. Bluetooth, iPhone app and it spoke to you. Only problem was it was always going off and they were usually false alerts. You’d look around and see no cops or red light cameras. It made me more nervous driving with it than it did without it. Don’t waste your money!

This radar in particular don't filter the alert and go of every 2 second for everything i had to replaced 2 times cause after a while the speaker failed finally i returned

Had this radar for a week and took it right back because it kept going off for nothing being around so I had to keep slowing down and no house’s around me or anything but woods

I BOUGHT THIS RADAR THINKING IT WAS GONNA BE GREAT BUT WIYH END OF THE YEAR IT LOST ITS SOUND AND THEN IT JUST BROKE NOT TO HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Constantly have problems with the Audio. Have replaced this unit twice and the same thing with the audio keep happening.

I purchased 3 of these in a 1year period for all 3 vehicles I own and and all 3 speakers went out, no sound no warning.

Speaker on radar went out after a few months but radar still works as long as ur looking at it.

Ordered this radar detector for a birthday present. It shipped next day and arrived on time. Upon opening the radar detector we were astonished to see it had a sticker on the inside of the box which said: Non-Saleable, the item was defective and was returned for not working. Anyway, BestBuy shipped it to me. Not happy and returned. Can not review the actual detector as I never plugged it in.

Ok i actually had the cobra rad 450 and exchanged for this one, this one's is leaps and bounds beyond a cobra. This one would go off over 2000 feet sooner than the cobra given the cobra would go off at about 20 feet from a source. Escort live works ok I had to reconnect alot just to get the speed to work. You have to keep your phone charging because you have to have your gps always on for the speed, red light, and live alerts to work. It does a good job at detecting radar seems to be decent range but I returned it for the simple fact after tax it was $327 and you can get a uniden r1 for $299 with no tax and free shipping. I ordered the uniden R3 which is pretty much the best windshield detector ever made for $399 and it does everything except the live alerts but waze is free so not missing much there. But there is nothing wrong with this as a detector.
