So far I haven’t gotten a ticket yet. It works really well with the app. The number of false alerts is nearly zero. I like that the radar tells you the distance to thee source.

Has a long range easy to hook to Bluetooth on my cell phone. The map is easy to use, easy to mark police , cameras.

Works great! Easy to set and get rolling. Quality product and does everything you need it to do at a better price than the fancy models. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the windshield mount isn't good quality. I had to order an upgraded mount with a silicone suction cup to hold up to the heat and sun.

I bought it in hopes that it would have fewer false alarms, and it does. But the cars are continuously changing and this unit can't be updated. So, though it works better than a dumb radar detector, it will become obsolete quickly as cars get more gadget filled. The update-able models are double the price. Had I known .......

Escort continues to make great products receives alerts almost a mile away and user friendly

Escort Radar Detectors do not disappoint. This unit can be set to warn you about speeding along with extraordinary radar detection. If you get a ticket, you were warned to slow down.

I only use this detector on the highway, because Pennsylvania law only permits troopers to use radar guns. It has already saved me from a few tickets. The range is pretty good, I don’t know the exact distance, but I would say it gives a warning anywhere from 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile. You can adjust the brightness and the volume in case you have anyone napping on a long trip. Definitely worth the money

I bought this so when I’m traveling I won’t get in trouble for speeding because my car is so smooth I don’t realize I’m speeding have to time it alerts me that I’m over the speed limit. It’s a great product

Wow, this has really done a great job for me. It false alarms less than most and if you want to silence it you only have to push a button on the plug, you don't have to reach all the way up to the windshield and try to find the button to silence it on the unit itself. Has save us many times, by displaying the posted speed that we might not have seen a sign yet. Good purchase

I have several escort radar detectors and this one is being returned as it is not GPS enabled as the website says. It must be connected to your phone (and the app) to display your speed and it does not log false signals using GPS locations like the more expensive models. This detector pretty much constantly went off, so much so that I found myself ignoring its warnings. Returning it today to buy another Max 3. Like all escort products it is a solid, good looking, well built unit. It comes with a case, power cord and windshield mount (older style slide-on mount, not the newer (better) magnet mount.

I like that I can control it from an app in my phone and that it automatically syncs as soon as I get into my car. I like that you can make modifications to the settings. Great price.

This has got to be the best radar detector I've ever owned. Easy to use, accurate and loud.
