A little bulky, but works great. Easy to to access and the app is user friendly.

Works great! Was really easy to set up and customize. I like that you can set a different schedule for each outlet! Using these to control outdoor Christmas lights (on a schedule) and patio string lights (as needed, just turn them on from the app). The exterior appears to be the same material as heavy gauge extension cords, so I'd imagine they will hold up pretty well to the weather.

Setup was a breeze. I love being able to control the outlets individually.

We got this to go along with our new Amazon device, and got it set up just in time for Christmas. It was wonderful to set up for our Christmas tee/lights, as well as our outdoor hanging lights on our back deck which was very poorly lit with few outlets. These are well made and optimal for outdoor use, even in snow. I hope to pick up some more of these soon!

Easy to setup and scheduling timer is nice. Great for holiday lights.

I used these for my outdoor Christmas lights and they worked very well! They were easy to set up and I love the Sunrise and Sunset times feature in the app! My lights would come on at sunset every evening and stay on until sunrise every morning; you couldn't really see them when the sun was out, so it was pointless to have them on during the sunlight hours.

Works as expected. Have my fountain and fountain light connected to this and have programmed on off times in the app. So far has worked flawlessly. I even gifted one to my father.

Good product. Works well outdoors. We use it for our deck lights. Using the app, we can remotely turn on/off the lights without having to go into the elements, (rain, winter cold, etc.) The only thing that seems odd, is the yellow rubber tab, that covers the outlets. When one outlet is being used, the outlet cover is of little use, since it cannot be closed. If both outlets are used, no concerns at all.

These outlets worked as described. I used them outdoors with no issues in the rain. They linked to my phone with an app and I was able to control the lights I set up from my phone. I will probably purchase 2 more to add more lights to the other side of my yard. Just make sure your wife signal is strong enough for outdoors. I didn’t have any problems.

The setup was similar to many other "Smart" household gadgets, takes a little time, sort of have to re-do everything but it eventually works. I really bought these for holiday lights and have really used them. Just set up and tested on the end table light. The light went on when I turned the plug on and off when I turned the plug off. Seemed to work as stated so I put them away. It is nice that you name each of the sockets in each of the plugs so you can control them separately, even through Google. I do recommend that you mark the names on the each unit and socket.

Purchased for my outside outlet and it work perfectly in the rain and heat, we getting to winter so have tested the cold yet lol. Setup is a little cranky but got it taken care of

I replaced an old, bulky, mechanical timer with the EtekCity Smart Outdoor WiFi Outlet Plug. I’ve had great luck with EtekCity Indoor WiFi Outlet Plugs used in conjunction with their VeSync app on the iOS platform. The outdoor plugs were easy to configure and I defined morning and evening timers for my outdoor Christmas lights.

Use these for Christmas lights and patio lights. They are easy to set up and work as they are advertised! I like the functionality of being able to set a time for turning on and off which some smart plugs that I bought didn’t have that. I wish the interface was a little better and could group them but maybe they will do a update.

These Wi-Fi smart plugs are very convenient- currently using them for Christmas lights on my house. The app is very easy to use in both initial setup connecting to your Wi-Fi network, as well as controlling each individual socket (a big plus). The reason for taking one star off the overall rating is due to the occasional disconnection to my Wi-Fi network. There will be times when I log into the app and I will not be able to turn the sockets on or off due to it not being connected.

We have been using the FOB controlled switches for years but you have to make sure you don't loose them, change the batteries and secure them somewhere out of sight. This changes everything. I now simply ask Alexia to turn on the porch lights or courtyard lights. Just a side note, I needed to paint one of these white and prepped right, they accept paint well. Wipe with denatured alcohol and use a plastic rated spray paint. Now it blends in with the house color.
