Be aware. This does not work with a Gen 3 router. The Gen 3 router has 2 ethernet ports under a plastic tab on the back.

I’m really dissatisfied with Best Buy’s return policy. The return policy for this cord has a super short window. By the time I figured out that Starlink wouldn't work for us, I was no longer able to return the cord. Starlink’s customer service was fantastic and super helpful. I had no issues returning the hardware and getting a refund for the hardware and the 1 month of service I wasn't able use. Starlink even offered to extend my 30 day trial to keep trying. But Best Buy refused to help after only 2 weeks. They will not accept a return or offer a refund on a $26 cord that was never used. This experience has really changed my whole opinion of Best Buy as a company that I’ve trusted in the past.

easy plug n play. too bad no second party manufacturers, or that Starlink chose to use proprietary ends.
