Best earphones for the price

There are more expensive earphones out there but the ER4's are the best at removing outside noise. These were my daily's for music and they worked great. Left earbud started going out at around the 1.5 year mark(they can be removed and replaced) so I used my Geek Squad Plan to get new ones. Love these for what they are and a nice step up from the lower tiered earphones. I recommend these if you care about sound quality.

I purchased these headphones on 5/15/2024 on the Best Buy app for $370.99 including tax. By early August both ear buds were shorting out, broken. In those 90 days, Best Buy quit selling this product. Exchange not even an option. Etymotic was kind enough to take them in exchange for a new pair that Etymotic shipped me directly. They inquired where they were purchased, to which I replied BestBuy. They were very puzzled by this as they have NEVER sold their product to Best Buy. We’re still kind enough to ship a new headphone though. Fast forward to 2/27/2025, second pair broke. Best Buy now refuses to consider exchange, return, credit. NOTHING. Best Buy rewards member 20+ years. Couldn’t care less. Thanks for everything Best Buy!(sarcasm font)
