This Eufy MACH V1 Ultra cordless stick vacuum and steam mop is definitively one of the best I have ever used. It has a couple of things that you have to pay attention to, but all in all it’s a great 5 star machine. Here is why I say this: For starters, it has a smart feature that will detect if your floor is dirty, a little dirty or really dirty. It has a steam setting that allows you to steam clean the floor whether it is wet or dry. It has to heat up first though. Make sure you read all the instructions that come with it and online. Make sure you download the app too. You will get video instructions too in the app. There is a drying feature too that will dry the floor quickly for you. It comes with the floor cleaner, extra filter and extra roller. I have used it a lot and have not had to add more cleaner at all. Make sure you keep the fresh water tank full or at an acceptable level or the steam won’t work correctly. Also, there is a suction setting for low pile carpets and rugs. I used it on the floor too. It’s just a great machine all around. The base is easy to place in a good location to set the vacuum/steam mop on to charge. It says to let it charge 4 hours when you first get it. I did that and it lasted for me to clean my entire house with hard floors.

While cool and mostly very functional, the roller doesn't put enough downward force to give floors a really good deep clean/scrub. This is a much better steamer and vacuum (for hard surfaces) than it is a mop. Cleaning is also very cumbersome and leaves a bit to be desired. At the MSRP for $700 I do not feel it is worth the price of entry, however at the current sale price for just $349, this would be a bargain for most people and a great jack of all trades master of none solution for many homes. Overall I think there is a lot of innovations and potential, however the product is not ready for prime time just yet, and I suspect that if they release a V2, that will be the one to beat!

This gets a 4-star review because of how innovative it is. Being able to safely sanitize floors without residue (by way of aqueous ozone and steam) is very ideal. The fact that it can self-clean, sanitize, and dry itself after using the device is also awesome. My only criticism is that the controls take some getting used to (make sure to read manual), and the spoken-voice alerts in English are very difficult to understand what the voice is actually saying. Please consider a larger display or voice prompts that are better enunciated.

Great vacuum. Does exactly what it says it does. The mach v1 ultra is a top tier vacuum mop and is a vacuum mop to consider when in the market for a all in one vacuum cleaner. That being said the vacuum is very high tech and needs some getting used to, especially for first time buys of an all in one vacuum cleaner. P.S. If water tank error persists (clean water tank empty please refill) factory reset the vacuum and that should work.

I'm writing this almost a year after I purchased this machine. Out the box it came with a lot more than I thought it would come with. The Docking station, cleaning solution, and some cleaning/maintenance things. Assembling it, and you can definitely tell that this is a powerful machine. It does have a lot of things going for it. My one issue that I am currently having is the cleaning solution. While it does initially come with a bottle to use, it does last a long time because the Eufy does automatically dispense it whenever you are using it. However, I have run out of solution, and just learned that as of May of 2025, this Mach V1 Ultra has been discontinued. Per the user guide, I can ONLY use the Eufy Mach V1 Hard Floor Cleaner with this machine. Using any other cleaner would possibly damage the machine and void the warranty. Unfortunately, the cleaner is Out of stock everywhere (including Eufy website directly) and nobody knows when (or if) the cleaner will come back in stock. If I would have known this, I would have stocked up heavily. Now I'm stuck with a 500 dollar vacmop that I am unable to use. Pros: -Can switch to multiple modes on the device itself -Cleaning Solution lasts a long time (1 bottle could last months) -Self Cleaning Mode in the docking station works well -Heating -Although it takes a while to heat up, the steam function works well on hard surfaces Cons: -The App itself - very hard to setup (due to specific wifi setting requirements) and not really useful once you use it -Cleaning Solution - You can only use Eufy Cleaning solution, which is now hard to find (since this product is now discontinued) using any other cleaning solution would damage the machine and void any warranty -The unit can smell sometimes if there is any residue left in the dirty tank and you don't fully wash it out after the previous use

I love this thing! It is the easiest way to clean your floor and feel comfortable enough that your product actually cleaned the floors. The only thing I did not like about it is the voice notifications, you can't really hear it. The solution that comes with it automatically mixes and there is no reason for you to do it yourself. It shows you spend a lot of money on this product and IT DOES THE JOB that it is suppose to do. Once you try it, its hard to go back to any other product.

This is the new Dyson for our house for all the wood floors. It is so nice to be able to just do everything all at once. I never thought cleaning could be so fun! If you’re on the fence buy it!!

Best mop I have ever owned. It runs smooth and it's an easy mop to tackle my hardwood floors.

Little expensive side....but for bang on buck its right up there...and great for everyday kitchen cleaning with all the spills .

This product is very good, it mops, vacuums and has a steam function. I love it!

Unfortunately, this product has the habit of leaving a puddle of dirty water on the floor even after tank has been emptied and cleaning protocols have been followed. so you end up mopping up after it with a standard mop. Which defeats the purpose.
