I decided to try Eufy for the PTZ capability and the lack of a need to a cloud based subscription. I am very happy with the AI facial recognition and the Home Base storage. The app is a little clunky but I expect that to be worked out as the app evolves.

The only minor downside I can think of is that it does not activate and record both cameras at the same time, so only one camera is useful unless you are in live view

Night vision is not good

No need for subscriptions, every once in the while it can get wonky and not let me view the video but overall it works really well. Night vision doesn't work well for me though. When it goes off at night I can't see anything on the video.
