    Excellent addition to my existing Eufy cameras and doorbells. Had my electrician install it and has been working great ever since. (Approximately 2 weeks in often rainy and cold New England weather. Detection seems appropriately sensitive, and am running it 24/7 with my homebase 3 and 500GB SSD. Will update if anything changes.

    e340 is an awesome upgrade to our previous floodlight camera, with 360 degree , 3k , and adjustable bright lights.

    This is so cool! I had a horrible experience with Feit camera but this one from Eufy works like a charm.

    for the price you're getting a real high quality ai powered tracking cam with 3k hd recording capabilities. it has facial recognition and the range of detection pretty solid. would recommend if you're in the market

    It’s not so much the product I’m giving a 1 star too but Best Buy in itself and their terrible return policy, I won’t be doing business with them anymore. We purchased cameras a few months back, they’re been sitting in the box never used, we finally installed them to find out 2 of them aren’t working properly…since it’s been more than 60 days we can’t get our money back and we spent $1,500 on the cameras. A complete rip off. We went in the store and told them about the problem and they told me to call customer service, so I did. Customer service then tells me to Bring in the defective cameras to see if they can be fix and if not then replaced. We went back to the store with the defective cameras only for them to tell us we need to bring back everything in order to replace them, they’ll replace the old set with new, which is fine but why all of the back and forth. We live 45 minutes from the store so we went there twice for nothing and the 800 number obviously doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Talk about a headache and a waste of time. I’m over it.

    This is So So. In order to have the light turn on for motion i have to set it to come over from dusk to dawn. If not the light never comes on for motion even though i had it set to come on for every motion even day time. But does not. Just hear clicking noise. I almost returned it

    AI tracking does not work on this camera I own two of them. AI produces a lot of false hits. tracking does not work PERIOD Color night vision half the time it doesn’t work.

    Eufy 340 ptz floodlight camera

    Are you looking for an all-in-one floodlight camera for your house then you have found the one. The simple all in one PTZ camera with floodlight is the best screen. I found simple app and simple installation. camera quality is excellent with dual views flood lights provide plenty of lighting even at night. I highly recommend this camera to add to your eufy video security system.

    Love...Love this dual floodlight camera. The illumination is adjustable, the range of visibility it's excellent, and the color view is vibrant. The features make it worth the money: a speaker, pan and tilt, auto tracking, recording, and 3X zoom.

    Had this light and camera for one month worked great. The light started coming at night and you could not shut it off unless you turn off power. When you turn on power the light would come back on. I sent emails 4 or 5 times to eufy for warranty they would keep sending back things for more info. Finally got a return number it’s been 2 weeks I email them they there was a supply issue. Don’t know when I will get replacement
