An amazing home security system with multiple features and way better zone features that I have ever seen and the solar panels make it way better

System is worth getting. Very customizable. Love the homebase where all data is stored and is expandable. No monthly fees, no worries of videos ending on the internet somewhere.

Nice resolution, sensor work from far away and tells you who or what is close by, (just dont have a flag moving in front f the cameras). sound catch everything you may not want to hear, lol. But somethimes the alerts are a bit late (seconds usually).

Camera keeps getting a BUG/virus from some sort, which makes it go off-line and makes it uncharged

Required internet connect and a power source for the home base unit for it work. I didn’t know that I need to have power source to operate

I used to use the ring cameras, this is such a huge upgrade! If you are debating on moving to Eufy from Ring, DO IT! it's worth every penny!

Was purchases as a gift for family. No idea how it works.

Bought two of these systems. Mounted one camera tied to one homebase and another camera tied to second homebase both on the same pole to the same street. They worked well for a period of time like fifteen minutes. Then they both stop working and do not record a video. They just stop working periodically. Then they start working well again. The support person told me to take the cameras down and reset them by setting them next to the homebase. If the cameras seven to ten feet off the ground need this kind of attention after a day? Not a security camera. Another huge problem is that they require an internet connection at all times to work. The cameras stop recording to the homebase if the internet is lost. So you can not battery back up the homebase for a secure security system. Bear in mind that the cameras send the video to the homebase hard drive over their own communication channel. Why does it need internet to safely store the video in the homebase for retrieval over the internet when you want it?

Exactly what we'd hope they'd be! And put a lot of our worries to rest

I am not happy with the performance of this units, it takes 4ever to see a picture after it has give an alert, also everytime you look at an alert the stupid thing keeps taking pictures of the review of the alert , totally sucks must likely I’ll be returning these items

The charging for the cameras is not great. I have to get someone to exchange them out so i can physically charge them inside. That seems to go agiants what the description states, that they are solar powered. I have had to have someone change them positions and locations thinking the sun was hitting it correctly but being that at times it charges and at times it doesn't seems to me that the devices are defective. I am disabled and having to get people to climb a ladder to get them down is not what i had in mind to contiguously do to protect where i am living. Bad quality for the price i paid.

The wireless feature is so much easier to maintain. I love the clarity and the expansion of the area each camera covers. Easy to install and I like the fact that I can share with my son.

These are ok! I have the wired versions also and those are awesome. Anyways these miss detection about 50% and the battery drains very fast..then the solar power panel is so small it barely charges the batteries especially on non- sunny days. Honestly wouldn't recommend. I've gone to a lower costing company that works way better "TAPO"

Really solid camera with very unobtrusive solar panels that make charging unnecessary IMO. Only reason no 5 stars is the zoom quality.

Perfect camera. Good for both indoor and outdoor use.

The equipment is outstanding: well built, performs well. Only problem is the lack of documentation for interfacing with other system efficiently.

Best product with Good resolution, no issues so far. I recommend this product
