Completely waste of Money

Now it comes to be user fault but I am a techie working on similar gadgets for past 5 years and work in IT. I have 1 gb fiber internet so internet is definitely not the issue. Got 8 Eufy cameras and looks like all of it going to be a waste and need to look for another as I feel my Ring $30 or Kasa camera seems working better than this crap. This is my experience could be different for others but I don’t recommend and stay out of it don’t fall for the trick of no monthly subscription. One more thing when you trust this and go out of the homebase decides to go off nothing work not even live view which is completely unacceptable.

Solar pannel fail imminent

Solar panels will fail within the first 14 months. Eufy is aware but fails to correct. Thousands of post about the solar issue. Research pages dedicated to eufy customer dissatisfaction. Luckily i had Best buy protection plan. Able to return when eufy wouldn’t.

eufyCam 3 Wireless 4k Camera

The cameras are still unreliable. It doesn't help that the periodic updates make it worse!! I had to contact Anker/Eufy about the failures with the cameras AND the homebase every time a forced update occurred. We have NO choice in turning off auto updates!! When I sent an email to the so-called tech personal, they couldn't even fix the problem or figure out the source, which was OBVIOUSLY the lousy faulty updates! They were of NO help whatsoever! I'm not buying these ever again!!

difficult to charge

Don’t buy

Replacement Camera

Does not continuously record, only event recording

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Check wifi signal
2. Confirm you use 2.4G wifi (5G is not supported)
3. Please press the SYNC button to see if there is a blue light on the camera. If the light is red or no light, please try to charge the camera.
4. Please press the SYNC button to see if you can hear a beep. If not, please press it for 15 seconds to reset the camera.
5. Please check if you can hear a sound from Homebase and the camera (Ding Ding) when you press the sync button to the pair steps.
6. Please check if you have taken off the plastic film on the camera
7. A video about the process of adding the camera. We just want to see what you are seeing

Disappointed
