I’ve been using these cameras for about two weeks now and so far they’ve been working great. The set up was easy and I really like that they solar charge so I don’t have to remove them to charge.

Do not buy this if you have any IoT devices. The Homebase puts out a strong 2.4 ghz signal which causes interference with your routers 2.4 ghz band cause dropped WiFi connections and reduced speeds. I had to get rid of mine because every time I went to tell my Alexa to turn on a light or TV. It would say it was offline and couldn’t connect to it until I restarted both the router and Homebase then it would only work for about 24 hours if I was lucky. I do not recommend! The cameras were great but the Homebase 3 has that major flaw. You also can’t use the cameras without the Homebase 3 since they store their videos on the Homebase.

I’ve been using the Eufy S330 camera and I’m very impressed. The image quality is extremely clear, both during the day and at night. Highly recommend this camera if you’re looking for great video clarity and hassle free operation!

This system is extremely good, but not perfect. I have had this system up and running for about 2 weeks. Setup couldn't be easier. I was up and running in less than an hour for all cameras. User interface is intuitive and easy to set as well. Notifications can be controlled based on how you set sensitivity and what it's looking for (motion only vs humans/pets/ vehicles etc.). Set you active zones as well to limit false pings.
The camera mount is not good. The compression ball is not strong enough to hold the camera in position. I had to use a silicone bumper to fill in a bit of the space so it would stay up. I've had to reposition the camera once since as well since it slumped down from the position. Night vision is lacking also. I have my cameras positioned near porch lights and landscape lighting so it works well for me. Using the "night color" means it turns on the spotlight to get more light for the shot. There is a delay in recording, so if you want to catch movement immediately you'll be a bit disappointed.
Otherwise the 4K with 8X zoom is fantastic and clearly can recognize features of humans, pets, and license plates of vehicles. (If you are looking for a step up, the pro series looks promising). For the money I spent on it, I'm a happy customer.

Overall great product just minor issues at time with connection when not at home. Resolution is good but it does blur out a lot when trying to zoom in which contradicts the “8x zoom with 4k resolution” claims. Still would definitely recommend !

Great local storage cameras. Placed strategically in the yard and you'll barely ever need to worry about bringing them in to charge. Didn't give 5 stars only because there are some missed events here and there and recordings are relatively short.

Got this for my house and im very impressed at how far they resch outside my house even put one on my shed and it covers my whole backyard. You can zoom in they have realt good night vision. Sends you alerts to your phone. Compeltly wireless and they have built in solar so you dont have to charge them like other brands

So far so good. We are very pleased with our eufy system. The app works great away from home base and the videos are very clear. Sound works great. Light works. The solar power to the cameras is working great so far (in the winter with no trees/leaves blocking the sun). Very happy so far.

I received this camera as a warranty replacement for another older Eufy camera that failed.
While it does work I cannot realize all of it's features as the older Homebase does not support the newer technology.
The Solar powered feature works well. It also has a much
improved mounting apparatus.

I am tired of Arlo's Ultra-4K constant in-app marketing to ask me to subscribe to their cloud storage service and they make local storage super difficult to use. You have to use VPN and set port forwarding. It is a nightmare. I paid a moderately high price of the devices and I still have to pay extra to get basic features. That's bad.
Switching to Eufy is a nice surprise. Much better video quality (clarity and zooming ability). No complexity of browsing video clips. No VPN or tricks are required.
Recently I made a suggestion to improve the "Group Control" feature. They took the advice and implemented that in a week.
Thanks to the hard working smart engineers there.
OK. There are some UI application bugs but they are not show stoppers. Also Eufy did not tell me when the new feature was implemented. There are room for improvement in customer service.
