This is a huge time saver! The setup couldn't have been easier and I appreciated that it came with a charge already. It seems to get better and learning my floorplan the more I use it. I also really like the alerts for when there might be an issue. The hair cutting function and self cleaning works perfectly. I had two small issues...one is that it doesn't pick up some of the smaller bits along the perimeter of furniture, especially in carpet, and the other is I wish it lasted longer before needing to be charged.

I love this little robot vacuum! I'm disabled so vacuuming the house isn't easy for me. This robot has been so helpful! It gets under the dining table and chairs and under the bed with no problems! Just make sure there's nothing small it can suck up, like charging cords (it's not hard to untangle since the roller comes completely off, but it will stop until you do so). The self-empty function works well, just be aware that is pretty loud when emptying. Otherwise is quiet while vacuuming. I have all hard floors which it handles great. The Lidar mapping makes for very efficient vacuuming. It's not super big and sits out of the way in a corner.

This robot vacuum does not have any mechanism to remove hair stuck in the roller, despite what the description says. I’ve already had to remove it with my hands. I chose this model over another one solely for the feature of being able to cut the hair on its own. So, I will be returning it.

This is the first time we ever considered a robovac because they were always too expensive and just seen as unnecessary since we could do the work faster ourselves. However it was requested as a gift and I have to say that I am shocked at how easy it is and how much more convenience has been gifted to us in our home. Setting it up is no issue and just watching the thing do its rounds so it can map out our floor plan was intriguing to see. Now, this thing still has issues with obstacle avoidance and of course can still get tangled up in wires or anything on the floor. So before you have this little bot vacuum for you, make some accommodations for it. Clear the floor of cloths, socks and whatever else it can bump into or run over. I once forgot a small hand towel on the floor, the poor bot sucked it up and couldn't dock properly afterwards. Also be wary of wires and cables, it can get tangled in the vac too. What I find most convenient is that this kit comes with a station vacuum so the bot can offload what it can and clean up larger spaces. For my floors it usually has to make 2 or 3 trips back to it's base. One disappointment with this is the station needs to have its own dust bag and those need to be disposed when full. Now personally I have been lightly reusing it for a while, so do not assume that it needs to be changed every time this bot does one round. However, I am certain the manual says not to do that, but I have had no issues so far since I'm mostly emptying any hair caught in the dust bag and making sure it is sealed properly. Plus replacement bags can be had for cheap on amazon anyway. I managed to snag this thing while it was on sale and I'm glad I did. Would I pay full prices? I don't think anyone would, but it's still a good little robovac for those that want a cheaper but not lower quality one.

This is much better than earlier and cheaper Eufy vacuums. The hair cutter actually works and saves me a lot of time deranging hairs, and the trash bin saves a lot of time as well each week. The mapping system works very well and the robot gets unstuck by itself 99% of the time. It can transverse multiple surfaces, even small carpets. The mop works as expected, it’s not amazing but definitely does mop up light stains. Overall it’s an amazing vacuum.

I just moved into a new apartment a couple of weeks ago and was trying to decide on a good vacuum. I gravitated towards this one because of the simplicity of automatic running and I did not go wrong. I love the self emptying and hair removal features as it makes my job a lot easier.

I bought for my girlfriend and she loves it. The different suction levels make the cleanup process so much easier. Dogs are not a fan. The hair cutter and the dropout feature are really good. Mopping feature is good too.

This Eufy L60 has the best mapping feature I've seen on a robot vacuum. It navigates around obstacles with ease and works efficiently. The auto hair removal is probably the best feature for the roller. It does an excellent job of removing hair rolled up on the roller. It also automatically enhances the suction, depending on the amount of debris it detects.

Best one as the app shows where was cleaned at what times a days plus you don’t have to clean and empty it after every use as it self clean and cuts the hair on the roller automatically. For any one with back problems this is best option as it does all by itself

We love the L60. Super easy setup. It mapped our entire house and went straight to work. It cleans well, self-empties, and the hair cutting feature is a plus. The mop is okay, but we didn’t buy it for that. Having two dogs and a toddler, this thing is a must have!

The vac is not the best. It does not map a room or clean a room thoroughly. At best it runs 45 minutes and when I check the waste basket it is not full. I have 2 dogs, there should be more in there. It gets stuck on carpets and rugs and will try to eat wires or loose socks.

Megamaid (what the family calls ours) is amazing. The vacuum has done amazingly well with avoiding pet mess. It is not perfect and has found the occasional small vomit pile and it will track. BUT, with a little mechanical know-how, it is easy to take apart and clean, with just a small screw driver. The unit is very simply constructed. Every part should be easy to replace if something were to break. The app is simple and completely configurable. My only negative would be the unit is powerful and will find every shoelace, blanket string, and cord if left on the ground. They will wrap tightly around the brush. But this is more user error than anything. Keep up with the maintenance on the brushes and bags, it does matter. 18 months later, everything is still going great!

For the price, this vacuum is fantastic. I love the fact that it maps out the house and I can select what areas to vacuum and when to vacuum those areas. It does a great job. I love that it keeps all the dust bunnies clear from the corners of the rooms. I would recommend this vacuum.

Its great to use to do light pick up. I usually still have to do some light vacuuming after i use it.

I love my Eufy robot vacuum. It saves me so much time and I have clean floors. This model has a hair cutting mode so hair doesn't get wound up inside the machine. So far I have been pleased with the product.

Keeping this bad boy in my office at home where my two hunting dogs primarily stay. I typically run it around when they kennel up after being outside and it's made a world of difference getting their hair off the floor as opposed to me dragging out the pluggable paper weight.

The hair cutting feature is the only thing I like about this machine. It has crammed itself under my couch and scratched itself up on the top. It doesn’t detect the furniture and bumps into things over and over. It gets tangled everyday without fail! It safe to say it’s the dumbest smart vac I’ve ever bought.

Love it! Great for controlling dog hair. The auto emty is worth the upgrade.

I've owned a robot cleaner before, and this one is twice as good as the one I had before. It really marks the area and clean the area. More efficiency.

Vacuum just sits inoperable after less than two months. Cannot connect to wifi, cannot update firmware, cannot find map, it's always something. Good luck with their customer service. Long hold times, dealing with chatbots, they saying emails are coming that never come. One of the worse decisions I've made was throwing away money for this piece of plastic.
