    Beware of eufy. This company have lied a about how they store your videos on their cloud servers. They claim that your video is safe in their servers but security experts have found a way to view your videos without you knowing it

    We get way too many false alerts regardless that we have it set for “human only” and we have alert zones set. Pet detect is off yet we get alerts at night every time a cat walks across the driveway. We will wake up to multiple alerts for cars driving by, yet when someone kicked our trash cans down the side walk we got nothing on the camera! When someone pounded a dent in the hood of our truck we got nothing on the camera! One positive note is the video quality is good. Time for a different brand that is hopefully better.

    The camera is too sensitive and continually sets off false “human” indicators even on the lowest sensitivity level. Great picture, but I can’t recommend.

    This camera is small enough to somewhat hide it if you choose. It has great features, and is made by a good company. I am going to make some type of bracing since it only stays in place with a magnetic base. It can be knocked off the base easily if someone really wanted to remove the camera.

    I replaced an Arlo Pro 2. This camera is hands down the best - live view loads super quick and the features this camera offers when compared to Arlo - amazing. I contemplated purchasing this camera for months. Had I known how good this was I would have purchased it weeks ago! Do not let the low price fool you. This thing is mighty.

    Set up was super easy. I wished there was a more secure locking mechanism to the dock. Someone could really pull it off. Also the data is only kept locally and wish it was compatible with their homebase.

    Camera features are all good. This particular Eufy camera is more affordable than the others. It offers local storage at no extra cost and comes with a 32 gb card for the local storage. This means you don’t have to subscribe to a monthly service plan. Eufy’s cameras are also compatible with Alexa.

    It’s great that eufy does not charge a monthly fee. But 2 out of 8 I purchased stopped work after about 6 months.

    This was an impressive performing tiny camera while it lasted. Unfortunately it died after a month. Luckily I had purchased the warranty, so I got all my money back and purchased a different Eufy camera

    Depending on your setup, The human AI detection is either going to work great or have lots of false alerts shadows during the day can trigger if you have lots of 'interesting' shadows. spiders at night can also trigger the human detection

    This camera works great, except for when it's offline. And it seems to go offline regularly every evening and I cannot figure out why. It's possible it could be a problem with my router but it's only affecting this camera.

    This is a good camera for the price! Huge upgrade from old camera and 2 way audio works ok. Not something I would have a conversation over but it is useful. I talk to my dog if she is snoopin in the kitchen while we're at work. Definately recommend!

    These cameras have not worked properly since they introduce 3rd generation. You can no longer do live records or download clips. The eufy customer service department will not address the issue. In fact they have never been able to do anything whenever I have had a problem since I bought these a year ago. They change their apps/programs without notifications. And these changes affect how the products function. Don't waste your money on any eufy product.
