    The Eufy Security camera did the job I needed it to. The recording was clear and had a greater viewing area than I expected. Because I took advantage of "deal of the day" the price was great. Thanks Best Buy!

    Alot of smart cameras cant record unless you purchase a subscription but this one has a memory slot so that helps to store for the capacity of memory card you use.

    It integrates great with the current eufy doorbell; however it does not perform that great with 2.4Ghz router; had to route it thru a mesh to get the most out of it.

    Excellent picture clarity and great for working with Alexa. I bought 3 of these, 2 when they went on sale. After using the two for a while I bought another when they were on sale.

    I'm definitely a Eufy enthusiast, and was on sale for $20 off, so couldn't resist purchasing TWO. But the Black just didn't work, so I returned them for WHITE.

    No monthly fees was the selling point for me. Notifications work great when there is movement and you can select areas of movement to detect. Easy to add to WiFi.

    Works everytime alerting when a person is detected. It hides very nicely, can barely be seen under an rave. Only bummer is doesn’t work with HomeKit lily their indoor cam.

    Stuttering streaming to Google Home

    Integration with Google Home is weak. Playback of camera feed on Google Home Display is stuttering and then stops completely. WiFi is strong, the network is 1GB/s. So it is not a network issue. Integration with Home Assistant is non-existent and requires some hucks to install.

    Device is easy to use good app on phone. But video is kinda blurry in video but you can zoom in most won't let you zoom

    I've learned the easiest way to add the camera to the app id to "install" and configure on the ground and then place it in the desired location.

    Slow. Nothing to do with the internet or wifi. Just slow loading. Slow trigger. SD card is in the camera so without cloud coverage kinda useless if someone steals it or knocks the camera off. Only con is if it’s mounted high up somewhere or you want it for continuous recording

      Could you please enable HotSpot on your phone and make the camera connect to your hotspot to see if it works? Steps:side menu>my devices>wifi connection>change wifi

      If yes, the issue should be related to your wifi settings. Please try the following steps to see if the issue will be resolved quickly.

      - Confirm if your wifi is encrypted by WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK
      - Reset the router
      - Stand nearby the Robovac and see if your phone is able to connect to the wifi properly
      - If possible, move the router closer to the camera and let us know the distance between the camera and router
      -Test in the following website to see whether it is because of the slow speed of the wifi.

      -Turn off the firewall to see whether the wired Cam can connect to WiFi. If so, please check your firewall setting to see if there are any special restrictions for the device. You can check the firewall setting on your router's official website.Please make sure these ports are allowed:
      TCP:80, 443
      UDP:0-65535

      If not, please download important videos in the app, then try the following tips to see whether they can help:

      -Remove the camera from the app and re-add it to see whether it helps.
      -Try to reset the camera by pressing the SYNC button for 10seconds(please download important videos in the app first) to see if the problem is solved.

      If you’re having trouble connecting the camera to Wi-Fi during the setup process, it might encounter issues as below:
      - Wi-Fi signal was not found - As the Wi-Fi list is sync up from the camera device, and not from your phone, the signal of Wi-Fi in your home might be too weak or unstable for the device to connect.
      - Incorrect Wi-Fi password - Check to make sure you entered the correct password.
      - Failed to connect to Wi-Fi - Unstable Wi-Fi signal affects the connection between the camera and your home router. It is recommended for you to strengthen the Wi-Fi signal to the camera to ensure it operates properly.

      If none of the above helped,
      Try performing setup on a different mobile device.
      Perform a hard reset on your camera by holding down the “Setup/Reset” button for 10 seconds, waiting about 30 seconds and repeating the setup processprocess
