Trash don't even waste your money. Hard to connect to charging wire, data is saved on a sd card so if a criminal is smart theyll just steal the camera.

Very poor picture. I have several Eufy cameras but this one is definitely not the same quality as the others

I've owned this camera for over a month now and I am ultimately satisfied with it. It comes with a 32GB SD card on which it records roughly 2 days worth of footage. If you need more, you'll have to get a larger card on your own. But I appreciated that it came with a card to start with. Be sure the area you place the camera is within wifi range or else the app cannot be used to communicate with the camera. Speaking off the app, I've had good experiences with it over my month+ of ownership. Everything seems to run well....never experienced any crashes etc. There's even an easy way to reboot your camera remotely if needed. My only complaints with the camera itself is it's less sensitive at night (so it can miss some activity) and the human detection setting could use improvement. Occasionally it will miss someone walking on the outer range of the sensor. Maybe it will be improved with future products or hopefully a software update so I don't have to spend more. All-in-all, I think it's a good option for those of us needing a wired camera. The deal is especially good when you can get one on sale for $20-25 off.

This compact EUFY OUTDOOR CAM WITH SPOTLIGHT is pretty amazing! Small, compact, easily assembled and install, INCREDIBLE high-quality images and the capture size is large (…you can view your entire backyard in one shot … and can actually see good details of the subject...)! I was skeptical before using it that it would actually capture high quality images – day and night – but it does! Speed of capture and accessing it via my Android phone just moments after it was taken was amazing. Much better quality than the security camera I had that a vendor installed! It’s nice that EUFY includes a lengthy micro USB cable for connection to power. I had a couple of false starts getting the camera connected to the internet using the Android App and keeping it connected. So far after using a couple of months, it’s been pretty reliable and still producing high quality images. The price is right and it’s a great camera. After our home renovations are done, I’m going to purchase 3-4 more of these for my home’s exterior! GREAT PRODUCT!

And this is no exception. I already wrote this review once but for some reason it was not posted, so her it goes again. I already have a eufy video doorbell and it is fantastic. So it seem a no brainer to add this outdoor camera. Set up was a breeze, I just opened the eufy app, plugged in the camera, and added it to my existing account, less than one minute and I was up and running. Install was easy, I used an outdoor plug and mounted it above my side entrance with the included mounting hardware, near my garage. Go into the app and customize the settings, and you are set. The camera has an included SD card so videos are stored locally, nice. The camera has very good clear video, and two LED lights which provides decent lighting to the area it is installed. This makes a very nice addition to the garage flood light and gives piece of mind to ensure my car and garage entrance area is monitored. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to add additional security to any area with an accessible plug.

Eufy 2k is an amazing affordable quality outdoor and indoor wired camera. I have 3 Eufy cameras & 2 Nest cameras. Nest is overpriced. Eufy is phenomenal

The eufy - Security Outdoor Cam 2k Spotlight Wired is great. It is easy to mount and easy to set up using the app. Once set up it works just as you'd expect. The AI ability to detect the difference between people and others moving objects is very good. The recordings are clear and easy to navigate. Night vision is also very good and the spotlight is surprisingly bright for it's small size. Once set up, it did take a little time to figure how to navigate the app because it threw a bunch of product sales info at me in the beginning. All-in-all very pleased with this security camera.

This was super easy to set up and is a big improvement over my previous cheaper camera. Really nice color night vision and a wide angle so I capture more of my yard. The cord is extra long, so it's easy to place without worrying about running an extension cord. The sound recording is also very clear. If you aren't looking at getting a full security system, this little camera is a great choice to keep an eye on things.

Great camera…stolen in the first week! This needs to be mounted high or it will be gone as fast as mine. No footage as was only using the card. Lessons learned.

Overall, the system concept and design are good. The quality of the cameras are good. The iPhone app is another story. They “update” the thing every once in awhile and it seems to get more UNSTABLE with each update. The latest update (ver. 3.2.5, I believe) has made the app crash or not even open at all most of the time. Sometimes rebooting the phone will help. Sometimes not. The system is good to see what happened, e.g. who stole your package a few hours ago. It’s NOT good for safety and security, e.g. who is standing outside my door or window right now. The reason is that the app doesn’t load fast enough. If the app loads, the camera doesn’t load fast enough. Sometimes, it can take a whole 30 seconds to start the camera’s live feed. Sometimes it won’t start at all. By the time the camera does get rolling, the boogeyman is probably already on top of you with a knife. The smartphone app is terrible. If the app worked reliably, the camera would be great.

Highly recomended great picture and excellent quality

I'll keep this short and sweet. This camera was easy to setup. It has a long micro USB cable for wired power connection and very simple to assemble. My only issues were with connecting the camera to the internet via smartphone app. The camera disconnected after connecting and would not reconnect, I had to tinkle with it a bit until it finally connected and stayed connected. After all that, this camera's 2k display is awesome for the price and works just as good as the Google Nest Outdoor cameras. It would've been perfect if I could view the Eufy camera's stream through Google home but you can't. I wouldn't mix this brand with any other, if you get one Eufy camera, make your next one Eufy.

I bought 6 of these when they were 50 each. They are not worth more than that. 69.99 isn't terrible since they come with a memory card and the free service is cool but 100 is way too much. They are good, but alot of false movements. Sometimes sees things that aren't there, sometimes doesn't see things that are. Good for monitoring, wifi works really good, setting options are good, but if you actually used the alarm on them they'd false alert constantly. Also had a problem with one of the adapters. Customer service said they were out of stock. Been months and still out of stock. They sent me a muti port adapter but it is too bulky.

For the life of me I still don't understand why this is a micro type cable and it would be nice if it was compatible with the homebase. Almost everything is type C these days so whats up Eufy?

Great camera, high quality image, fast alerts, and quick to pull up live feed. Some security concerns (google “Eufy VLC”) but I’m satisfied enough for now for outdoor use. I imagine they’ll patch that flaw soon enough, but I’d wait for an independent security review before indoor use.

Easy to install. 2K resolution. No subscription. For the price, this is an excellent camera. I wish I could figure out how to access the image via it's IP address, but otherwise it's perfect.

What good is this camera if the software is completely broken and hasn't consistently worked for over a year? I'm surprised Eufy isn't getting sued for their trash software, which is unable to show events or the live feed a whopping 90% of the time for me!
