    dead after only 2 months

    So I live in a place where it almost never rains. We get a tiny bit of rain (like hundredths of an inch) and what do you know, this Eufy OUTDOOR camera completely stops working just like that. It only worked for TWO MONTHS!!!! Pay a little more for a more reputable brand...

    Notifications Delayed!

    Purchased four of these October 2021. Recently motion alerts are being delayed 15 minutes to as long as 30 minutes due to what I assume is network congestion. Not a happy camper! Delayed events notifications do me no good in an emergency!!

    - AI human motion detection does not work consistently, especially at night - Web app live feed constantly gets "Failed to request (20020) error - Phone app is really slow when retrieving recorded clips from sd card

      - Wi-Fi signal was not found - As the Wi-Fi list is sync up from the camera device, and not from your phone, the signal of Wi-Fi in your home might be too weak or unstable for the device to connect.
      - Incorrect Wi-Fi password - Check to make sure you entered the correct password.
      - Failed to connect to Wi-Fi - Unstable Wi-Fi signal affects the connection between the camera and your home router. It is recommended for you to strengthen the Wi-Fi signal to the camera to ensure it operates properly.
      - Adjust the sensitivity level to the highest in the Motion Detection

    Eufy 2K cameras

    I’m having some intermittent issues with the Cameras, the Manager at Best Buy in Wausau WI. Has given myself approval to exchange these for two new cameras, so kudos to the Best Buy manager in Wausau

    Don’t buy wadte of money

    I have Ring, wyze and a few other cameras and this is the only camera does not alert me to any motion. They advertise free of subscription but fact is the device does not send alerts as needed/intended. To get alerts you will have to subscribe to their service. Quality of picture is good but the viewing range is smaller than ring cams.

    Works OK if not very far from internet router. Mounts easily. Adjusts easily. Need a way to delete multiple files without removing the memory card.
