The eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E28 is a great vacuum with quite a few features. Some of the features include a Roller Mop with Faster Self-Cleaning, Detangle Brush, Portable Carpet Cleaner, and Edge Cleaning. The unit comes in a very large box. The contents inside the box was heavier than I anticipated. The box was close to 50 lbs in weight. The unit comes very well packaged with easy to follow illustrations on how to set the unit up. The robot portion of the vacuum is much heavier than other robot vacuums I’ve used before. It’s more than likely a good thing with the excellent battery life and high tech features inside. The vacuum can be paired with the eufy Clean app. After pairing the vacuum it required an important firmware update. The vacuum has a speaker that will inform you of important information or if something is wrong. When I ran the vacuum for the very first time it told me I needed to fill the water container with water. After I added water it this its thing. I didn’t have to do much else. It first goes around and analyze each room while creating a 3D Map in the app. It was mind blowing how it created the map, which ended up looking just like my floor plan when it completed its scanning process. Once it created the 3D Map, it began vacuuming and mopping my floors. I have a mixture of hardwood floors, carpet and rugs. I was amazed at how it knew the difference between the surfaces. I wasn’t sure what it would do, so I walked and followed it as it was cleaning. It would use the mop feature while on the hardwood floors, then switch to vacuum mode when it came across carpet or carpet rugs. The battery life is amazing because my floor plan is quite large. The top portion of the vacuum housing easily comes off. It has a hose and nozzle head. This is good for cleaning up tough stains on carpet, as well as other types of flooring. When I was done, I placed the top portion back on the vacuum station. The robotic voice informed me that I didn’t place it back on correctly. It’s great it was able to tell me that because if not, I would have thought something was wrong with the unit when it was time to use it again. Overall, I’m impressed with this vacuum system and hope to get years of great use from it.

Final Verdict: For someone like me, who values high-performance tech and clever design, the Eufy Omni E28 is more than a vacuum. It’s a multi-tool. While its vacuuming could be stronger, its mopping and spot-cleaning capabilities are top notch. It’s perfect for homes with pets, kids, or just a high standard of cleanliness.

First of all, what a HUGE upgrade from my old robot vacuum! Out of the box, I was a little intimidated, but once I set everything up and mapped it all out in the app, I was sold! I've had many different brands and models over the years and I've always been pretty impressed at first, but then the excitement wanes and I begin to nitpick and get frustrated... Not with this one! The fact that I can spot clean or clean up spills is a GAME CHANGER for robot vacuums! My old models have never been able to do that and this makes it a must buy for anyone looking to upgrade their robot vacuum. The mop feature is definitely where I'm the most impressed... It can easily tackle a pile of dirt and hair with ease, and NOT smear it around like some of my older robot vacuums have done in the past. I have a combination of tile and hardwood floors and this mop has changed the game... every other robot vacuum or mop has left me wanting more-and you could tell that it wasn't mopped by a REAL person, with this one, it's the best mopping of floors I've ever seen. Although I'm sure a real human could mop better, I seriously don't think you could tell this was done by a robot vacuum if you were to look or walk through my home. The app is another huge upgrade for me, it's much more intuitive and easy to map and program the schedule than others I've used in the past! I have 0 hesitations about recommending this to anyone and would absolutely recommend this!

I cannot begin to describe what an upgrade and overall boon this robot vacuum and carpet cleaner combination has been in our lives! We have a very busy household with wood floors in the dining room and kitchen with carpet in the rest of our house that see a lot of use between two adults, a labradoodle, and a 14-month old toddler who is finding new ways everyday to exercise her new mobility while creating messes and spills in the process. Enter the Eufy cleaning station I will call it. I would say that is probably taking a cumulative 2 hours of vacuuming weekly off of our plate with the consistent vacuuming cycles we are assigning it to do each day. Furthermore, the mopping is really quite handy for keeping the floors generally tidy. It is not a substitute for a real mop if you have a super large mess on the floor or a lot of debris (i.e., handfuls of macaroni and cheese tossed into giant globs on the ground by a eager toddler), but it really helps to keep a general shine to the floors between our spot cleaning! The carpet cleaning station has also been really valued by us! I spent quite a lot of time with it on our couches, chairs, and some area rugs that had small spills and stains and I was quite impressed by the results it yielded! Altogether, this is a 5 out of 5 star product for me. I think your expectations have to be reasonably in line with what this is really meant to do!

The vacuum struggles sometimes when i have it mopping and vacuuming. It constantly goes back to the base station on non moppong days to clean and dry the mop. This makes it miss some areas of the house. We also had one day of nonstop connection errors.
